Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of wireless addressable smoke detectors . The detectors shall operate on radio frequency communication with a compatible wireless addressable fire alarm control panel. Each detector must have a unique address for individual identification and must comply with relevant IS. The unit shall have built-in battery backup (minimum 3 years lifespan) and low battery warning indication. The smoke detection mechanism shall be photoelectric/optical type, capable of early fire detection with high immunity to false alarms. The system must include wireless signal repeaters and gateways wherever necessary to ensure reliable communication across the entire premises. All components shall be installed as per manufacturer’s recommendations and fire safety norms.
Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of wireless addressable heat detectors, conforming to relevant standards. The detectors shall be intelligent, microprocessor-based, and capable of communicating over a secure wireless network with the fire alarm control panel (FACP). The system must support unique addressability for each detector and offer real-time monitoring, programmable alarm thresholds, and fault diagnostics. Detectors shall be of rate-of-rise or fixed temperature type suitable for dusty or high-ceiling industrial environments, and must have an inbuilt low-battery and signal-strength monitoring feature. The system shall include necessary wireless gateways, power modules, mounting accessories, and integration with existing or proposed fire alarm systems. Installation shall be as per IS 2189 or equivalent code of practice, ensuring coverage as per fire risk assessment.
Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of wireless addressable flame detectors. The detector shall operate on wireless RF communication with a compatible addressable fire alarm control panel and must have a unique address for individual identification. The detector shall use infrared (IR), ultraviolet (UV), or combined UV/IR sensing technology to detect open flames, with a fast response time and high immunity to false alarms from sunlight, welding arcs, or other non-fire sources. The unit shall be suitable for installation in dusty and high-ceiling environments, and a detection range of at least 25 meters for flames. The device must include built-in battery backup (minimum 3-year life) and shall comply with relevant IS. The system shall include wireless repeaters/gateways as necessary to ensure signal integrity throughout the godown. Installation shall be done as per manufacturer guidelines and applicable fire safety norms
Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of wireless addressable Manual Call Points (MCPs). Each MCP shall operate on wireless RF communication and be compatible with the addressable fire alarm control panel. The MCP must have a unique address for individual identification and shall allow manual activation of the fire alarm system in case of emergency by pressing or breaking the glass element. It shall be provided with LED indicators for activation and system status, and feature a resettable mechanism to reduce maintenance. The unit shall include an inbuilt battery backup with a minimum life of 3 years and provide low battery warning to the control panel. The enclosure shall be IP-rated (minimum IP54) for protection against dust and moisture, and the device shall comply with relevant IS. Mounting height and locations shall follow fire safety norms, and all MCPs shall be installed as per manufacturer’s recommendations.
Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of wireless addressable hooter cum repeater panels with integrated flasher (sounder with visual alarm). The device shall operate on wireless RF communication and be compatible with the addressable wireless fire alarm control panel. It shall serve dual functions: (i) act as a loud audible alarm with a minimum sound output of 90 dB at 1 meter, and (ii) function as a repeater to extend the wireless communication range of field devices across large or obstructed areas. The integrated flasher (LED strobe) shall provide high-visibility visual alert during alarm conditions, ensuring warning signals are effective even in noisy or low-light environments. The unit shall have a unique address, support automatic supervision, and feature battery backup with a minimum 3-year operational life and low battery indication. The housing shall be rated IP54 or higher. All equipment shall comply with relevant IS, and installation shall be done as per manufacturer’s guidelines and fire safety norms.
Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a wireless Central Monitoring Station (CMS) panel, IoT-based, capable of managing and monitoring up to 1000 addressable wireless fire detection devices including items mentioned at para 1 to 5 . The CMS panel shall operate on secure RF communication with all field devices and offer real-time device status monitoring, fault alerts, fire event logging, and diagnostics. The system shall support IoT-based connectivity, allowing remote monitoring, control, and reporting via cloud or mobile/web application interface, with secured login access. The panel shall feature a touchscreen user interface, display the address/location of each device, and store at least 10,000 event logs. It shall support automatic time synchronization, battery level monitoring for each device, and push notifications for fire, fault, or tamper alerts. The unit shall include inbuilt battery backup for minimum 4 hours, with provisions for external power supply and Ethernet/GSM connectivity. The system shall comply with relevant IS/EN/UL standards and all devices and components shall be installed as per the manufacturer’s recommendations and local fire safety regulations.
