Professional fees for providing comprehensive consultancy services defined in Scope of work,the Terms & Conditions mentioned under Section VII , General terms and Conditions mentioned under Section VIII, and Time schedule under Section IX of the Technical Bid, for Consultancy Services for Designing and Detailed Engineering Design given in the Technical Bid.Note:1. The quoted percentage fees shall be inclusive of the cost for Geotechnical Investigation, Survey, Proof Checking of Structural design, Model/ Walkthrough (if any)for the proposed buildings etc, and scope given in the Technical Bid.2. Thequoted percentage fees includes conceptual planning and designing of Multilevel Vehicle Parking as mentioned in detailed scope of consultancy.3. Multi level vehicle parking estimated cost shall not be a part of the Project cost for calculation of consultancy fees.4. The schedule of payment of consultancy fees shall be as per the respective paras of technical bid.
