Bids Are Invited For Raising Of D5 Bunds At Icar-Iirr, Farm, Hyderabad Total Quantity : 4380; Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brushwood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared. Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard. power driven pereussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete 75 mm average thickness. Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (Icement: 4 coarse sand). External work 50 mm nominal dia Pipes Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming cont of approved steel primer all complete. Constructing masonry Chamber 60x60x75 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with CL. surface box 100 mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep (inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:1.5.3 mix (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement 5 fine sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design: With common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)
