Supply and installation of open gyms in various parks of Mansarovar Zone of Sanganer Assembly Constituency.- 1 CROSS TRAINERProviding and fixing of Cross trainer of size not less than 1140mm (Length) x 625mm (Width) x 1750mm. (Height), to enhance the mobility of upper and lower limbs and improve the flexibility of joints. The main structure frame shall be made from G.I. pipe minimum of 80NB “C” class welded with M.S. round base plate at least Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. The Handle Frame shall be made up of at least 25NB “C” Class G.I. Pipe. The footrests shall be made from LLDPE/Aluminum casting material of size not less than 130 mm X 310mmX5mm thickness and mounted on M.S. Plate of Size 130mmx310mmx3mm thick. High tensile steel with galvanized nuts and bolts shall be used for assembly. The powder coating shall be done with Pure Polyester powders of Ackzonoble/ Berger/ Nerolac Paints with 60 to 70 Micron thicknesses complete in all respect including fixing the M.S. holdfast in cement concrete to hold the whole structure, under the directions of Engineer-in- charge to fulfill the functional requirement. 2 POMMEL HORSEProviding and fixing of Pommel Horse of size not less than 2150mm (Length) x 800mm (Width) x 800mm. (Height), to enhance the flexibility of lower limbs, waist and abdomen. The main structure frame shall be made from G.I. pipe minimum of 80NB “C” class welded with M.S. round base plate at least Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. The handle frame be minimum of 32NB shall be made from “C” Class G.I. pipe. Closing Caps shall be made up of high quality Fiber reinforced Plastic material. High tensile steel with galvanized nuts and bolts shall be used for assembly. The powder coating shall be done with Pure Polyester powder Ackzonoble/ Berger/ Nerolac Paints with 60 to70 micron thickness complete in all respect including fixing the M.S. holdfast in cement concrete to hold the whole structure, under the directions of Engineer-in-charge to fulfill the functional requirement. 3 CHEST PRESSProviding and fixing of Chest Press of size not less than 2200mm (Length) x 800mm (Width) x 2000mm. (Height), to enhance the strength of upper limbs and the muscles in chest & back and promote cardio pulmonary function. The main structure frame shall be made from G.I. pipe minimum of 100NB “C” class welded with M.S. round base plate at least Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. The handle frame shall be made up from at least 32NB “C” class G.I. pipe. The seats and Back rests to be fitted on the outer frames shall be made up of M.S. Sheet of size not less than 330mm X 300 mmX2mm thickness. Closing Caps shall be made up of LLDPE/high quality Fiber reinforced Plastic material. High tensile steel with galvanized nuts & bolts shall be used for assembly. The powder coating shall be done with Pure Polyester powders from Ackzonoble/ Berger/ Nerolac Paints with 60 to 70 micron thickness complete in all respect including fixing the M.S. holdfast in cement concrete to hold the whole structure, under the directions of Engineer-in-charge to fulfill the functional requirement. 4 STANDING SEATING TWISTERProviding and fixing of Seating & Standing Twister of size not less than 1700mm (Length) x 540mm (Width) x 1250mm. (Height), to enhance flexibility of waist. Suitable for people of different ages except children. The main structure frame shall be made from G.I. pipe minimum of 100NB “C” class welded with M.S. round base plate at least Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. The bottom frame of the Seating & Standing twister be at least of 32 NB, 50 NB, and 25 NB shall be made from “C” class G.I. pipe. The handle frame of Seating & Standing twister of minimum 25 NB & Foot resting frame of seating side shall be made from “C” class G.I. pipe minimum of 25mm NB. The Twister plate to be fitted on the bottom frame shall be made up of M.S. Round Plate of minimum size 250 mm diameters and 10mm thickness. Closing Caps shall be made up of high quality LLDPE/Fiber reinforced Plastic material. High tensile steel with galvanized nuts & bolts shall be used for assembly. The powder coating shall be done by Pure Polyester powder of Ackzonoble/ Berger/ Nerolac Paint with 60 to 70 micron thickness complete in all respect including fixing the M.S. holdfast in cement concrete to hold the whole structure, under the directions of Engineer-in- charge to fulfill the functional requirement. 5 SKY WALKER : Area : - 1.72 Mtr x 0.63 Mtr Safe Area :- 2.54 Mtr x 1 MtrProviding and fixing sky walker made from B class G.I. pipe. the main frame pipe is Ǿ 80mm made from C class G.I. pipe. the outer ring of sky walker is Ǿ 32mm made from C class G.I. pipe. for connecting the handle frame to main pipe Ǿ 60mm C class G.I. pipe is used. the bottom support of M.S. round plate of Ǿ 250mm x 10mm thickness is welded at bottom. the leg movement frame is of 50x50mmx2mm thick CRC square pipe. the handle frame is of Ǿ 40mm made from C class G.I. pipe. the foundation used for fixing is 80x40mmx3mm thickness C-channel. the footrests is made from aluminum casting material, its sizes are 130x310x5mm. closing caps made from top quality FRP material with 2mm thickness & plastic cap are used. the pins used are made up of Ǿ 25mm bright bar. the bearings used are 6205zz & 6203zz permanent lubricated sealed bering of reputed make (SKF/FAG). high tensile steel with galvanized nut bolts are used for assembly. the serclips used for assembly are of Ǿ 25mm. the powder coat is done by poly urethane & epoxy powder with 60 to 70 micron thickness Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
