Tender For Repair/Maint Of Type-I Qtr Bldg No P/T-I/55 & 56 At Bn Hq Chassad And Rewiring Of Resdl/Non Resdl Accn At Cob Nampisha Of 8 Assam Rifles.; SCHEDULE `A PART -I (BLDG REPAIR WORK AT BN HQ CHASSAD) 2 Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under,including cutting the patch in proper shape ,raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of walls complete,including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground,all complete as per direction of engineer in charge with cement morter 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand). 3 Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on old surface providing one or more coats. 4 Painting with S.E paint of approved brand and manufacture of reqd color to give and even shade one or more coats on old work. 5 Finishing wall with textured exterior paint of required shade finishing two or more coats applying @3.28 ltr /10 sqm including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @2.20 kg/10 sqm on new plastered surface wall. 6 Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm) 7 SCHEDULE `A PART -II (BLDG REPAIR WORK ATCOB NAMPISHA) 8 Rewiring for light point / fan point / exhaust fan point / call bell point with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductorSC Cable and 1.5 sqmmFRLS PVC insulated Copper conductor SC cable as earth wire in existing surface / recessed steel / PVC conduit incl dismantling as required of group B. 9 Supply and fixing following piano type switch/socket on the existing switch box/cover including connections etc as required. 5/6 amps switch. 10 ditto with5/6 amps socket outlet 11 ditto with 15/16 A switch 12 ditto with 6 pin 15/16 A socket outlet 13 Supply and fixing PVC batten/angle/pendent holder including connection etc as reqd. 14 Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5A ceiling rose on the existing junction box/wooden block including connections etc as reqd. 15 Supplying and fixing metal/PVC box of following sizes (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including painting etc as reqd. 150mm x 200 mm 16 Supplying and fixing metal/PVC box of following sizes (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including painting etc as reqd. 100mm x 100 mm 17 Supplying and fixing 5A to 32 A rating 240/415V, 10KA “C” curve, MCB for inductive load of SP in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc as reqd. Single Pole 18 Supplying and fixing 5A to 32 A rating 240/415V, 10KA “C” curve, MCB for inductive load of SP in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc as reqd. Isolator 40 Amp 19 Supplying and fixing 6 ways double door, single pole and neutral sheet steel MCB distribution board 240V on surface/recess complete with tinned copper bus bar neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar interconnections, powder painted incl earthing etc as reqd (But w/o MCB isolator). 20 Installation , testing and commissioning of pre-wired, fluorescent fitting/compact fluorescent fitting of all types, complete with all accessories and tube/lamp etc. directly on ceiling/wall, including connections with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, SC cable and earthing etc as reqd.
