P/F pre coated galvanised iron profile sheets 0.50mm (+0.05%) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120gms per sqm as per IS:277 in 240 mps steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both sides of sheet and polyster top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective gaurd film of 25 micron minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by E-I-C. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of sizes (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal /vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins,rafters and trusses and including cutting of size and shape wherever required.i.e. in SAM office , Cycle shed.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 m lead of: G.S. Sheet.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain GS sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. GI limpet and bitumen washer complete . 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2 in SAM office.

Structural steel work in single section fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
