Tender For Provision Of Fire Resistance Ceiling And Associated Works At Af Stn Halwara; 1 Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutter w/o taking off shutter from the frame areanot exc 1.5 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed. 2 S&F factory made uPVC white color Two track two panel sliding glazed window upto 1.5m height made of (Small series) frame 52 x 44 mm & sash 32 x 60 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 + 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriatedimension (Area of window upto 1.75 Sqm) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with inbuilt roller trackand sash extruded profile duly reinforced with 1.60 +0.2mm thick galvanised mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape and size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (White powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 Kg), GI fastners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall necessary stainless steel screws etc. profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardwares and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of size and of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed. Note:(i) Glass and wiremess shall be measured and paid seperately.(ii) For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e, in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. 3 S&F factory made upvc white colour fixed glazed window / ventilator made of (small series) frame 47x 50 mm mullion 47x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9+-0.2 mm and single glazingbead of appropriate dimension ( Area up to 0.75 sqm) comprising of upvc multi-chambered frame and million (where ever required)extruded profile duly reinforcedwith 1.60+ 0.2 mm thick galvanised mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape and size according to upvc profile), upvc extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I Fasterners 100x8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packerss, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screw etc profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corner, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of requred size and of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed.Note: (i) Glass shall be measured and paid seperately.(ii) For upvc frame, sash and mullion extruded profile minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e in depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be acceptable but nothing extra admissible on this account. 4 Supply and fixing Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS : 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)of approved design / pattern with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with CP brass stainless steel screws @200 mm centre to centre including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operaton of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, complete all as specified and directed. 5 S&F 4.8 mm thick sheet glass selected quality plain/ tinted in squares exc 0.5 sqm each pane, complete all as specified and directed. 6 Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets of any description, complete all as specified and as directed. 7 MSL for exposed Gl frame / grid system duly powder coated for module size of 605x605mm suitable for lay-in aluminium/mineral fibre ceiling tiles, having main T runner of 24mm size, suspended at 1200mm C/C and cross T runner of 24mm size, suspended at 1200mm C/C with interlocking arranagements to form grid 600x600mm, perimeter runner/channel of 15mm size, main and cross T runner supported by 4mm Gl rod from slab/Root/Wall angle etc with and including all taking down and refixing of electrical fixing and fixture or any type of of accessories and making good of disturbed wall surfaces with POP and one coat of oil emulsion distemper, as required to match the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L 0.50mm thick, aluminium false ceiling, lay-in-type, having tegular edge profile, duly powder coated, perforated type suitable for false ceiling grid/frame module of 595mm x 595mm size, complete all as specified and directed. 9 S&F in repair 7mm thick designer fibre ceiling tiles of size 595mm x 595mm in ceiling fixing with screws U angle, T and of all other accessories which will required to fixing the ceiling as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and as directed. 10 M&L in repair 0.50mm thick, aluminium false ceiling, lay-in-type, having tegular edge profile, duly powder coated, perforated type suitable for false ceiling grid/frame module of 595mm x 595mm size, complete all as specified and directed. 11 Surface excavation in soft / loose soil not exceeding 30cm deep and average 15cm deep and getting out, complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L for hardcore broken stone or boulder of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L 30mm thick sand cushion under floor or in foundation including watering and consolidation, complete all as as specified and directed. 14 M & L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size cofirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M40 grade with grey cement and no pigments, complete all as specified & directed. 15 Removing excavated materials (soil), not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified & directed.
