| 1 | Supply, installation, commissioning & testing of highly energy efficient, outdoor type oil immersed naturally cooled (ONAM) transformer copper wound type of capacity 400 KVA as per latest IS code, conforming to IS-1180, Level-II with off load tap changer on primary side to vary secondary voltage within limit (+) 5% to (-) 7.5% in step to 2.5% including standard fittings and first filling to transformer oil as per IS-335 of 1980 with cooling system. The transformer shall be provided with cable termination box to terminate outdoor type termination of suitable size on HT side 11 KV & LT side 1100 Volts.Transformer step down ratio 11000 Volts/ 433 Volts, 3 phase 4 wire, impedance as per oil type, ONAM cooled, suitable for outdoor installations and double wound core type with cold rolled grain oriented silicon shell insulated laminations and clamped to minimize vibration and noise. The winding shall be copper and shall be designed for full load current and with stand the thermal and electro magnetic stresses arising due to the through fault current vector group shall be DYN 11 including supply of all standard fittings & fixtures and comprising of the followings :-(a) HT cable termination box.(b) LT cable termination box.(c) Rating and diagram plate.(d) Earthing terminals. (e) Lifting lugs.(f) Oil level indicator with minimum level marking.(g) Thermometer pocket.(h) Conventional conservator with oil filling hole with cap and drain cum sampling valve.(j) Air release plug.(k) Silica gel breather. (l) Off circuit tap changer with locking provision. (m) Bi-directional rollers. (n) Jacking Pads. (o) Radiators/ Fins and all (Epoxy painted). (p) Danger Notice Board. |

| 3 | M&L for fabrication of towing type transformer trolley suitable for 400 KVA transformer step down, outdoor type 11 KV/433 V of capacity complete made out of MS \"I\" beam of size 250mm x 125mm x 6.9mm (37.3 Kg/mtr) and MS sheet for platform 6mm thick, mounted on 4 wheels (7.50x16 size) with rims mounted on 02 Nos front and rear axle wheel with leaf spring clamps cushioning arrangement, between platform and 02 Nos front and rear axles, complete with towing arrangement with tow hook to take full load of trolley and transformer, Jalli (XPM) around platform on angle iron frame of size 40mmx40mm and 5mm opening arrangement from both side with locking arrangement for loading and unloading of transformer including welding, bending and drilling holes, spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer over all surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(a) Size of the transformer trolley platform shall be 4 Mtr x 2.5 Mtr and sufficient space all around after transformer installation for ventilattion/ maint purpose as recommended by OEM and accomodate HT/ LT connecting cables loops on the platform.(b) The trolley shall be provided with steel square net of suitable guage fixed on angle iron in all around the trolley body with opening arrangement as protection.(c) Necessary provision for PVC insulated heavy duty copper cable multistranded single one core 95 sqmm with cable lugs to connect the earting as cut to required length - 50 mtrs.Notes :-(i)Any other works not mentioned in item above but required for smooth functioning of trolley shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor.(ii) Drawing of trolley shall be approved by GE before fabrication in factory/ workshop. |
