complete incl material and labour, spares lubricants installed at CPSS bldg, checking of leakage on refrigerant gas, checking of refrigent pressure and toping up if reqired, replacement of glands, O ring gaskets, nuts, bolts, washers and routine checks like oil level, V belts, electrical control wires, cleaning of filters, greasing to the motor, replacement of gland packing to pump, indicating lamp to panel etc, but excluding repairs to the plants all as specified and directed 2 Supply and install in repair MCCB adjustable type 200 amps, 415 volts , 3 pole, 50 HZ, 36 KA including spreader links on both sides complete all as specified and directed 3 All as per item No.2 above but fixed type, 3 pole, 25 to 100 A and 16 KA 4 Supply & Fixin replacement MCB 40 Amps, Ccurve, 415 volts , TPN, 50 HZ, 10 KA complete all as specified and directed 5 Supplyand Fixin replacement of three phase fully automatic Star Delta starter suitable for 7.5 HP Pump/motor 3 Phase, 415 V, 50 Hz, relay range 9-15 Amp, having MN relay is with single phase prevention feature complete all as specified and directed 6 M & L for taking down AHU blowermotor of capacity 7.5 HP including disconnecting electric connections, dismantling of motor, taking out the burnt widings, cleaning the slots and rewinding the same with copper winding wire of exixting guage and quantity (as per original manufacturer design) including replacement of all damaged parts i.e. bearing, bush, thrust plate, connector plate, insulating materials such as insulating sheets, sealing compounds etc and reassembling the motor after varnishing, heating/drying, greasing of moving parts etc and reinstallation of the motor in original location, checking the alingnment, making proper electric connection, testing for smooth operation, completereqired accessories all as directed 7 All as per item no.6 above but cooling tower fan motor upto 5 HP capacity complete all as specified and directed. 8 M & L for leakagetesting by filling with Nitrogen & Vacumailising for Chiller unit of 24 TR 9 Cleaning/ Servicingofeach Chiller plant (having 02 nos of condesing & evaporationunits) to descalingcomplete by using chemical to preventthe condensing coilsuitable for central AC plantmaking the unit completely functional by OEM all as specified and directed by engineer in charge 10 Repair/maintenance of Air handling unit including sevicing filter section,blowing agent,scratch free platisol coating,fan section,discharge,limit switches,fittings ,valves,pressure gauges,purge cocks,flanges,strainers,hot water genearor,class b insulation,humidisats,thernostats,mixing valves,accoustic insulation,fresh air damper and mosquito proof netting and any other connected items by OEM and making the unit completely functional complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. 11 Servising/repaire of cooling tower consist of Supply and fix in repairsproviding new mats ,mess( Honey comp Fins made of polythene/PVC), forcooling tower of 50 TR cap and servicing of induced draft fan and connected items including chemical cleaning of cooling tower servising comlete suitable for central AC plantmaking the unit completely functional by OEM all as specified and directed by engineer in charge 12 Supply only filling/topup R-22 refrigerant gas 13 Supply only copper harden pipe 5/8x1.1/8 14 Supply only drier suitable to ac plantcomplete all as specified and directed. 15 Repairs to electric driven pump set of 7.5 HP including removing from the foundation dismantling ,taking out old unserviceable spares and refixing the same after repair and replacement of spares on the existing position forcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge(Note: Rewinding and supply of Spares will be paidunder relevant items here in after) 16 Rewinding of motor startor coil complete using super enamelled copper wire of same gauge for coil , cleaning the slotsand quantity (as per original manufacturer design) including , insulating materials such as insulating sheets, sealing compounds etc and reassembling the motor after varnishing, heating/drying, greasing of moving parts etc and reinstallation
