| 45 | Supply and Fixing of NS10 Grease Separator plant as per DIN EN 1825 and DIN 4040 100 suitable for underground installation. The Grease Separator should be made from polythylene. The Grease Separator should have Nominal capacity of the NS10 with Inlet/Outlet socket of DN150. The overall capacity of the grease separator should be 2170 litre with grease storage capacity of 415 liter and sludge storage capacity of 1005 liter. Total weight of grease separator is 128 kg with overall dimension of the 1340mm x 2828mm (D X H). The Grease Separator should be capable of cleaning via shaft manhole cover, emptying via suction line DN 65 PN 10 with PE couplings for two-sided thread connection 75/75 mm for suction line, fire hose quick coupling 75 B and 2 1/2 blank cap, Counter flange with fire hose quick coupling 75 B and 2 1/2 black cap. The Connections for inlet and outlet should be as per DIN 19534 and DIN 19537 and Building Supervisory Authority approval Z 54.1 509. Top cover of the Grease Separator plant should be made from Concrete frame with cast iron cover having clear opening of 600 mm diameter. The cover should be odour-free when closed.
