| 3 | Note for item No 2.00:-(i) Unserviceable parts / accessories required other than listed above to be replaced will be measured and paid for under relevent Items as supply only. (ii). (iii) Labour charges for removing unserviceable parts / accesories and replacement with new oneshall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. | 5 | M & L tor carry out the leak test for finding out normal gas leakage or during any repair carried out in AC plant of followingcapacity cental AC plant by charging the dry nitrogen gas & hold up to 24 hrs and rectifying the leakage if any by bracing / welding / replacing the\"Ö\" ring etc andVacuumising complete system with double stage vaccum pump to pull minimum 500 micron vaccum pressure and charging the refrigerant Gas (R22 / R407C) upto desired pressure all as specified & directed. by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (a) Once the Gas is charged, the system should hold the pressure for minimum three months. If any gas leak from the system, the contractor has to recharge the gas upto required levelfree of cost,No extra cost on this account shall be claimed.(b) compressor oil and refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as supply only. |
