Tender For Repair/ Replacement Of Joinery And Roof Treatment And Other Misc B/R Wk At Uri Enclave In The Area Of Age B/R-1 Under Ge (Central) Delhi Cantt; 1 Taking down chowkhat or frame not exceeding 1.5 Sqm eachwith shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) 2 M&L aluminium alloy powder coated windows including aluminium coated frames silding track, bottom weighing not less than 1.015 Kg/Rm ,sides and top not less than 0.826 kg/Rm double revated and 0.55 kg/Rm for window shutter with one fixed glazed shutter and two nos glazed/gauged shutter silding type with aluminium sectins as per series-A (15mm) 3 track/double pannel of jindal section number for silding windows with framed shutter including aluminium allow powder coated snap type beads handles with locking arrngement spring action and glazingclips joint cleats rubber gaskets etc inclding provision of 4.5 mm thick tinted frosted glass of superior quality and stainless steel jail including all standard fittings complete all as specified and directed 3 Anodised aluminium powder coated sliding windows, window shutters and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as locking system, suitable handle (1 no.)complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. 4 Demolition Bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, roof, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer all as specified and directed. 5 Demolition Mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and lapping (whether full thicknessremoved or only a part thereof) all as specified and directed. 6 Removing soil excavated material exc. 1.5Km but n exc 5km and depositing where directed at above the starting pointall as specified and directed. 7 M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) on roof paddingsurface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as spd & directed. 8 M&L for rendering 10-15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of r concrete surfaceswith usingNANO WPC compound @2%of cement weight finished even and smooth without using extra cementcomplete. 9 M&l for Cleaning the entire area first by broom, chipping unwanted area using chisel and hammer, cleaning/ smoothening by wire brush, washing the entire surface using waterjet and finally by broom and airjet and Applying one layer of cement and Nushar make CCP mix in the ratio Cement:CCP:Water::1:1:0.2 and mixing it thoroughly using electric mixer coating to be done atleast 1’ longitudinally to secure edges and Filling all visible cracks using Nushar crack pack master/ Nushar make Cladofix. Laying 66 gsm non woven fiber along with 2nd and 3rd coat of CCP mix and cement mixture as in step 2 . Filling overlapping joints using Nushar make Master adhesive. Apply 1st coat of Nushar make Polymembrane coat using brush across the area. After curing of above layer apply second coat of Polymembrane coat. Apply 1st coat of Nushar make Nano top coat. Ponding test to be done by filling atleast ½” water in the entire area. Removing the water after the test is successfully completed. Apply 2nd layer of Nushar make Nano top coat to finish the work add nano waterproofing compound all as spd and directed by Engr -in-charge. Make: Asian Paints or equivalent in Sikka,Birla or equivalent in Berger Fosroc and STP Ltd.Notes for item Nos 09: (a) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer only.(b) Authrised Applicator shall be approved by GE before starting of work.(c) All materials shall be procured directly form manufacturer. The purchase voucher shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Charge for his verification of material.Engineer-in-Charge shall deface the original purchase vouchers.(d) MOU with authorized applicator will be submitted by contractor within 7 days after opening of Financial Bid.(d) A guarantee amount of 2.5% of contract of work done for item Nos 09 of BOQ will be retained for 10 years of the completion of work. 10 S & F in repair 500 ltr capacity three layer white colour rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling old water tank all as specified in SSR Part I I(Make : Sintex/Rotex/Polywell). 11 Taking up or down steel tubing 15 mm bore, and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store in repairscomplete all as specified. 12 S & F 15 mm bore, steel water tubing, medium grade, galvanized, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid into floor in repairscomplete all as specified. 13 Taking up or down steel tubing 20 mm bore, and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store in repairscomplete all as specified. 14 S & F 20 mm bore, steel water tubing, medium grade, galvanized, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid into floor in repairscomplete all as specified.
