| 24 | Add Note(a) Contractor should visit the site before Quoting the rates to understand site conditions.(b) Contractor should reverify the design calculation from OEM and submit the design & drawing within 30 days of acceptance of Tender for approval of accepting officer before execution of the work.(c) Contractor/ bidder will be responsible for performance guarantee of complete AC plant to achieve the inside design conditions round the clock throughout the year with overall COP of the system not less than 3 from the date of completion.(d) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Water cooled Air conditioner shall be undertaken through Manufacturers/ Specialist Firms.(e) Quoted rates inclusive of all other connected items required (not catered in tender) for smooth functioning of the said AC Plant.(f) Testing of the AC Plant to be done for all three seasons (Summer, Winter & Monsoon) and submitted to accepting Officer for approval.(g) Rates quoted by the Contractor shall be complete finished work including cost of all labour, material, scaffolding, finishing as required with tools, plants, cartage, lift, taxes, tollage, octroi, royalties etc. All works shall be executed as per drawings and instructions of Site-in-charge and shall be include the supply and installation at site of all the equipment, ancillary materials as specified and all such items what-so-ever which may be required to fulfil the intent and purpose as laid down in the drawings. All materials shall be duly approved by Site-in-Charge before incorporating in the actual work.(h) Rates quoted by the Contractor shall deemed to be including for Manning and Operation of AC Plant during the period of 03 months of the date of completion and Ref mechanic for one shift.(j) Quoted rates including of all arrangement required for the above.(j) The AC plant is to maintain temperature of 300C+ 20 C and the retative humidity is not to exceed 70% inside the EAX room. |
