(x)Contractor shall deposit / Procure all the material in advance to avoid any late night fault/ after market hours / non availability of material in market.Note : (a) The elect supply shall be restore within 5 hours from the time of tripping / fault in day or night in the stn, failing this a penalty of Rs 5000/- per complaint / fault will be imposed on the contractor from contractor dues. The elect supply shall be restore within 6 hours from the time of intimitation in day or night in the stn, failing this a panelty of Rs 3000/- per complaint / fault will be imposed on the contractor from contractor dues.(iv) Minimum one transformer shall be produce dt a time to the contractor for repair. Contractor will not demand all transformer in one visit or at a time. transformer will be provided as and when repair work required/fault occured during the complete period of contract. Visit and repair charges of electrician and helper are included in the quoted rate. No extra charges shall be paid to the contractor.(v) Strip opening of transformer for detecting fault shall be included in the quoted rate. No extra amount shall be paid to the contractor.Note:-(i) Minor Gasket, rubber washer, Copper / Aluminum thimble, HT/ LT Tape, nuts, bolts and washer for any size of transformer will be included in the quoted rate . No extra amount shall be paid to the contractor for the same.(ii)LT/ HT stud/spindle, transformer oil, dehydration of transformer oil and insulator and other major items shall be measured and paid seperately. |
