Name of Work: Development of New Greenfield Airport at Dholera, Ahmedabad (Gujarat). Phase-1.SH: Detailed Designing, Engineering, Procurement and Construction of Airport infrastructure of operational area for 4E category operation of Airport i.e. Runway, Taxiway, Apron, Perimeter Road etc., including associated Electrical works. --Execution of Balance works (Earth Work, RCC Drain work etc).

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer Incharge. Construction of embankment with approved soil/earth material (having parametrs of soaked CBR more than 5, FSI less than 15 and UCS more than 1.5Kg/sq.cm) obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads (average lead of 10Kms), transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer Incharge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - (a)All work up to plinth level: 1:4:8 (1cement : 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate /retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete.(i)All works upto plinth level Concrete of M30 grade with minimum cement content of 350 kg/cumNote: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.
