    Bids Are Invited For SCOPE OF WORK FOR COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR GALLEY EQUIPMENTS FOR ONE YEAR AT STATION MANDOVI-1. AMC involves regular maintenance, repair and part replacement (if required) to ensure the equipment is functioning properly and safely. 2. Monthly inspection of all galley equipments under CAMC to ensure proper functionality. 3. to avoid breakdowns, Monthly preventive maintenance covering calibration, cleaning breakdowns and checking of critical components. 4. Ensuring that all safety systems are functional including emergency cut off, fire suppression systems and electrical grounding. 5. Immediate response to any breakdown or malfunctioning of equipment, including diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs on site. The firm has to rectify the complain within 24 hrs. 6. Replacement of defective or worn out parts with genuine or approved spare parts 7. Provision of emergency support and services within 24 hours to ensure minimal disruption to kitchen services. 8. Regular calibration of temperature sensitive equipment to maintain operational accuracy. 9. Scheduled maintenance services to prevent breakdowns, including lubrication, cleaning, calibration replacements. and component 10. Monthly deep cleaning of key equipment to prevent build up of grease, food particles and other contaminants that affect performance or hygiene. etc
