Tender For Levelling Of Ghoghla Blue Flag Beach Ground Including Machineries, Equipments And Other Allied Works Related To Beach Games At Ghoghla, Diu-Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation grass bushes,shrubs,sapling and trees girth up to 300 mm removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials(A) By manual means in area of light jungle 3 Providing grading, Leveling, watering etc. complete in all respect as per requirement and good engineering over existing soil/sand area etc., with Dozer or Grader or Equivalent Machineries as per requirement to be approved by Engineer-in-charge. (Excluding of All Taxes) 4 Scraping oil paint from steel and other metal surface and making the surface even (with Hand Scraping.) 5 Providing and laying 8mm to 10mm thick mirror polished granite flooring using granite tiles of size 30cm x 60cm or as directed over 30mm (Ave.) base of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry including rubbing and polishing etc. complete. (Excluding of All Taxes) 6 Finishing wall with weather proof exterior emulsion paint on wall surface (two coats) to give an required shape even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, and remains of loose powdered materials.etc complete 7 Wall painting (two coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade including throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth. 8 Providing and fixing single layer waterproof gypusm board 12.5 mm thick of the make Newgood Group Co. Ltd. or equivalent & Newgood Group Co. Ltd. company sections using waterproof board of size 1220 mm x 1830 mm x 8.0 mm suspended by G.I suapender of size 25 mm x 3 mm with intermediate channel of size 18 mm x 40 mm x 0.80 mm at 1220 mm center to center ceiling section of size 40 mm x 35 mm x 0.55 mm at 457 mm center to center and perimetre chanel A of size 20 mm x 27 mm x 30 mm x 0.50 mm at edges & drops including paper tap sand sofit cleat, anchor fastener, scoch bolt connecting cleat joining compound top coat on ceiling including making necessary opening for light fitting, diffuser etc. complete as per detail drawing as directed. 9 Providing and Applying of Amicol 2K or Equivalent Polyurethane Paints or Apcolite Advanced Epoxy Paint (Asian Paints) or Equaivalent Corrosion Resistance Paint on Structure, Pipeline and Wooden Surface including surface preparation by Manual/Powertool cleaning to achieve required surface profile free from any surface contamination like dust, rust, previous loose paint flakes etc. On thoroughly clean surface providing & application of 2-coat of Amicothane 4511 or Apcolite Advanced Epoxy Paint (Asian Paints) Minimum @ 50 Microns thickness Finish, with Brush application etc. over one coat primercomplete, scraping etc., of existing paint as per the site requirement as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Excluding of All Taxes) 10 Providing and fixing anodised aluminium section two track windows with outer frame 61.5 mm x 31.5 mm of 19G, weighing 0.57 Kg/m and shutter frame 34.5 mm x 15.80 mm of 19G, weighing 0.38 Kg/m with all arrangement for fixing, PVC weather strip, spring handles and other fixtures etc. including fixing 4mm glass of approved quality as directed etc. complete. (Excluding of All Taxes) 11 Providing and fixing 12mm thick Toughen glass of approved brand, quality and colour fixing glass fully in line and level as per the design pattern and as per instructions of engineer in charge.(Excluding of All Taxes) 12 20mm thick sand faced cement plaster on walls upto height 10 metres above ground level consisting of 12mm thick backing coat of C.M. 1:3 (1-cement : 3-sand) and 8mm thick finishing coat of C.M. 1:1 (1-cement : 1-sand) etc. complete. 13 Providing of Hydraulic Excavator (JCB) with driver and fuel on Hire charges at Rent bases for working as etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Excluding of All Taxes) 14 Providing of Hitachi with driver and fuel on Hire charges at Rent bases for working etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Excluding of All Taxes) 15 Providing Material & labour for erecting Mobile Toilet (Ladies + Gents) as required including cleaning , watering etc.on Hire Charges including dismantling the same after completion of the event, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge etc. complete, including GST, other taxes, all transportation, carriage, lead, lift, etc. complete (Hire Charges for one complete Day) (Excluding of All Taxes) 16 Filling in foundation and plinth with murrum or selected soil in layers of 20cm. thickness including watering, ramming and consolidating etc. complete. (Excluding of All Taxes) 17 Supplying of labour for doing work of excavation, diggin, loading , unloading, hiffting, cleaning , cutting vegetaing, preparotory work on public fuction etc as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
