    Tender For Development Of A Comprehensive Dam Break Analysis Model Using Hec-Ras १D Model To Generate Dam Breach Hydrograph For Different Failure Condition In Line With Guidelines For Mapping Flood Risks Associated With Dams (Cdso_Gud_Ds_०५_V१.०, January २०१८). The Scope Shall Include: Simulation Of Dam Break Scenarios Under The Following Potential Conditions: I) Dam Overtopping, Ii) Internal Erosion/Piping, Iii) Large-Controlled Release Emergency Action Plan (Eap) Report Preparation Of A Comprehensive Emergency Action Plan (Eap) Report In Accordance With Guidelines For Developing Emergency Action Plans For Dams (Cdso_Gud_Ds_०१_V२.०, February २०१६). The Report Shall Include: Detailed Communication Protocols To B Followed During Emergency Situations. Clearly Defined Response Measures For Different Levels Emergency. Allocation Of Roles And Responsibilities Of All Stakeholder Including Dam Authorities
