The RMU gas tank should be internal arc tested for 21 KA for 1 second with IAC - AFLR classification for gas tank. The complete RMU mimic and cable chamber should be covered by a single door to have ingress protection of minimum IP54. The RMU design should support site replaceable HT cable bushing and VI of VCB should be RMU Manufacturer\"s own make.RMU should consist with the following:(i)1 No, microprocessor based self powered numerical relay with Over Current / Earth fault & short circuit protection (with Rs 485 port and modbus protocol) in each VCB feeder, Relay should display each phase current.(ii) 3 Nos, Protection CT shall be of Burden 2.5 VA, ratio 200 - 100/1A, Class of Accuracy class 5P10 for O/C and E/F protection for each VCB outgoing feeder. (CT ratio is indicative and may vary during detailed engineering).(iii) 1 No Manometer for each tank(iv)1 No Voltage passage indicator for each feeder. |

Note:-(i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclussive of any add/alteration required for making provision in existing Panels.(ii) All numerical relays shall be rated for control supply voltage as mentioned elsewhere under system parameters and shall be capable of satisfactory continuous operation between 80-120% of the rated voltage. Making, carrying and breaking current ratings of their contacts shall be adequate for the circuits in which they are used. Contacts for breaker close and trip commands shall be so rated as to be used directly used in the closing and tripping circuits of breaker without the need of any interposing / master trip relays. Threshold voltage for binary inputs shall be suitably selected to ensure avoidance of mal operation due to stray voltages and typically shall be more than 70% of the rated control supply voltage.Failure of a control supply and de-energization of a relay shall not initiate any circuit breaker operation. Relays shall have event recording feature, recording of abnormalities and operating parameters with time stamping. Event records & alarms shall be stored in Non-volatile memory and failure of control supply shall not result in deletion of any of these data. All Numerical relays shall have features for electrical measurements including voltage, current, power (active & reactive), frequency, power factor and energy parameters (active & reactive). All the relays must have completely programable minimum 4 Nos of heavy duty power trip output contacts, completely programable minimum 6 Nos of alarm contact, completely programable 16 Nos of Binary Inputs . |

| 52 | (VIII) The application shall be provided with web-based login ID and password alongwith OTP on email as dual authentication method for Remote Monitoring of all Substations/ Gensets/ transformers/FRTUs for the period of one year. Remote Monitoring web-based software shall have following features as minimum. (a) Troubleshooting & time-based programming.(b) Suitable with 4G/GPS/3G & separate Remote Monitoring on LAN based Modem/Card.(c) Automatic monthly report generation and sharing on selected emails for Substations and Gensets(d) Complete data backup availability for minimum one year of real time data in 5 to 15 minutes interval (user configurable) with anomalies and alerts and minimum 05 years of alert/ daily trend data and thereafter all anomalies and alert data.(e) Provn of group/individual configuration of controllers based on location/capacity with admin rights.(f) Reporting must be configurable and changeable as per user requirement (Report formats shall be fixed during detailed engineering).(g) Remute Start / Stop function, programming, Alarms for all protections.(h) Provision for multiple dashboards(j) Management System to monitor substations with alarms and notifications(k) Electrical Parameters - voltage, frequency, current, KVA, KW, KWh, PF, battery voltage, etc.(l) Must have user customizable dashboards and SLD.(m) Multi-site data viewing within same interface without any physical cable connection of sites.(n) The Use: Interface must be accessible over internet and must have adequate security with OTP on email/mobile (dual factor authentication). Dual factor authentication shall be of one time only and shall get destroyed/ unusable after single use. It must be regenerated for the subsequent use.(o) All device communication with web based application server must be secured using TLS/SSL encryption. The system must not support non-secure connections.(p) Provision for active SMS and emails through Remote Monitoring on minimum 10 Nos Selected mail IDs(q) Custom Graphics. All graphics shall be vector based SVGs only. GIFs, PNGs and JPEGs are not allowed to be used in the system for operational purposes. GIF animation is not allowed as it is a scaler(r) It shall be possible to create full SVG graphics and also import the same from any other source and add animation inside the development environment. |
