Construction Of New Parking Inside College And Replacing Old Iron Gate With Stainless Steel Gate Of The Official Principal Residence Area- 1 Dismentling of brickwork/RCC by hydraulic or mechanical means including disposal of unservicable material within 50m lead as per direction of engineer in charge. 2 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 3 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) 4 Reinforced steel bars of fe 550D or more in column etc. 5 Reinforced cement concrete of M20 grade in beams and column 6 Construction of brick work manhole of square shape with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 7 Provind and laying cement concrete GT cover with frame of size 600 X 600mm 8 Providing and laying position cement concrete of grade 1:2:4 ( cement: coarse sand : 20mm aggregate) 9 Providing and laying 200mm dia. DWC type HDPE pipe for rain water gully chamber at necessary depth as required including excavation and backfill as required with necessary fitting and fixing complete as required.( for depth upto 1m) 10 Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) gate made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the door with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the main entrance including cutting of walls for holdfast and making good of walls with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.). 11 Extra for providing nuts, bolts and fasteners etc complete of stainless steel. 12 Providing and laying 60 mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand and 1:4 cement mortar etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 13 Dressing of surface including cleaning of grass , vegetation and rubbish and making the surface levelled and compacted with 1/2 ton roller 14 Disposal of malwa/rubbish/soil and other waste outside the campus by trolley of capacity 5 cum( note payment shall be made for each trolley) 15 Erection of old M.S tube shed made of hollow circular tube including welding cutting as required ( note payment shall be made for labour rate without cost of material) 16 Providing and fixing of 3mm thick polycarbonate roof sheet including necessary fittings and screw etc complete 17 Providing and applying one coat of anti-corrosive paint over the existing MS tube structure in required shade as per the direction of engineer in charge.
