Tender For Civil Works In The Office Of Ddg (S) Ap Lsa, Dot, 5Th Floor, Telephone Bhavan, Saifabad, Hyderabad; 1)Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 3.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : 2 1.a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 3 2) Providing and fixing bright finished brass hanging type floor door stopper with necessary screws, etc. complete. 4 3) Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete. 5 4) Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete : 6 4.a) 250x16 mm 7 5) Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete : 8 5.a) 250x10 mm 9 6). 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 10 6.a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) 11 7). 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 12 7.a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) 13 8) Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : 14 8.a) New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) 15 9) Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. 16 9.a) Two coats. 17 10) Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 18 11) Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content. 19 11.a) With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre. 20 12) Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. 21 13) Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : 22 13.a) Of area 3 sq. metres and below 23 14) Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. 24 15) Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : 25 15.a) For fixed portion 26 15.a.i) Polyester powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron) 27 15.b) For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately). 28 15.b.i) Polyester powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron) 29 16) Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge. 30 16.a) Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides. 31 17) Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): 32 17.a) With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm) 33 18) Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete. 34 18a) Upto 5mm depth and 5 mm width 35 19) Providing and fixing Brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete. 36 20) Providing and fixing aluminium round shape handle of outer dia 100mm with SS screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge 37 20a) Polyester powder coated minimum thickness 50 micron aluminium. 38 21) Providing and fixing mineral fibre false ceiling tiles at all heights of size 595X595mm of approved texture, design and pattern. The tiles should have minimum Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, minimum Light Reflectance = 85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Fire Performance as per (BS 476 pt - 6 &7)in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all round galvanized iron section of minimum 0.30 mm thick (minimum galvanized @120 gsm) having rotary stitched double webbed white with 6mm reveal Silhouette profile (white/black) comprising of main T runners of minimum 15x38 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size minimum 15x38mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size minimum 15x38 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600 mm suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel item (minimum galvanised @ 80 gsm) 50 mm long 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm, 39 spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’. The system should rest on periphery walls /partitions with the help of GI perimeter wall angle of size minimum 24x24X3000 mm made of minimum 0.40 mm thick sheet, to be fixed to the wall with help of plastic rawl plug at 450 mm centre to centre & 40 mm long dry wall S.S. screws. The exposed bottom portion of all T-sections used in false ceiling support system shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, for all heights. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawings and as per directions of the Engineer-in charge. 40 21a) With 16 mm thick beveled tegular mineral fibre false ceiling tile (NRC minimum0.55 to 0.60) 41 22) Cutting of the RCC/ Brick wall as per approved drawings for fixing windows including dismantling and stacking all the serviceable material at the designated locationat site of work and disposal off unserviceable materialall complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 42 23) Dismantling of aluminium/gypsum partitions, wall panelling, doors, windows, false ceiling of any typeincluding dismembering , proper numbering, stacking and placing all the serviceable material at the designated locationat site of work and disposal off unserviceable materialall complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Area of partition/ false ceilingbeing dismantledshall be measured for payment)
