(b) The Contractor shall upload with the documents under cover I \"Memoradum of Understanding\" (MOU) with at least one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be laible to be rejected.(c) Rate quoted by contractor includes use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, euipment & machines etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures.(d) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc and preparation of surfaces.(e) Work in patches and in narrow / widths, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary.(f) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes.(g) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery , electric fittings , wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.(h) Sample patch of 10Sqm be prepared considering all the items of periodical and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further work.(j) The spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer i.e Asian/Berger or other equivalent manufacturer with pro guard technology(k) Guarantee :- The contractor shall furnish a warranty certificate from approved make in favour of Garison Engineer for the efficieny of the weather proof paint for 5 yrs during the guarantee period. |
