The plywood used for the flooring should be all around framed with 2x3 standard Hard wood cat-III (not required plaining) including fixing the same with necessary nails and jointing with necessary tape etc. complete the direction of engineer-in-charge. (Materials shall be taken back by removing / dismantling after completion of the function). 85 Hiring of welcom Coir Mat (Size 120x60cm) for enterance main gate in all complete etc. as per direction of Engineer in charge.
