Including transporting, mobilisation, erection, commissioning all necessary plant equipment and removal of same after completion as required & directed by Engineer-in-Charge, excavation, dewateringby pumps or well points and also for cut-off chipping, forming/ finishing pile top at cut - off level all as required etc. excluding cost of Steel Reinforcement but including cost of boring with bentonite solution and temporary casing for approprite length for setting outand removal of same complete. Horizontal noggins with the floor track profile to be provided behind every horizontal joint of the boards and twin frames are braced to each other with floor track tie members. 12mm Cement Board (conforming to IS 14862: Type B - Category III)and 12.5mm Gypsum Fire rated board (conforming to IS 2095: 2011) shall be screw fixed to the either side of the frame as inner and outer layer with 25mm and 35mmfibre cement screws and Gypsum Screw, respectively, at 300mm centre maximum. The joints of the inner and outer layer of the boards shall be staggered to avoid through joints. 48~50kg/m3 density Rockwool shall be used as an infill in between the cavity of the drywall held to its position with holding clips/ GI wire mesh.Finally the joints of the exposed layer of Gypsum plaster board shall be jointed with Gypsum jointing compound and Joint Fibre Mesh/paper tape. The periphery of the partition to the either side of the frame shall be sealed with backer rod and acoustical cum fire sealant. The cost of POL, maintenance of vehicle including replacement of parts, fuel, etc., wages of driver, Motor Vehicle taxes, comprehensive insurance, etc. shall be payable by contractor and BARC shall have no liability towards usage of the vehicle. 8. The vehicle shall be maintained in good running condition with good upholstery, fitness, good tyres and shall commensurate with the image of BARC. The tyres of the vehicles shall be replaced periodically and always with brand new tyres and not retreated ones. 9. The vehicle should be free from all sorts of defects and will be subjected to inspection by a representative of BARC whose decision is final and binding as regards suitability of that particular vehicle. 10. The vehicle should be with a board \"ON GOVERNMENT OF INDIA DUTY\" and should preferably be in White Colour. 11.The cost of POL, maintenance and servicing of \"vehicle including replacement of parts, payment to the driver, Motor Vehicle taxes, comprehensive insurance, etc. shall be payable by the Contractor and BARC shall have no liability on these accounts. 12. No revision of price shall be entertained during the period of contract. 15. In the event of breakdown of vehicle , alternative vehicle should be provided immediately .In case of failure to provide alternative vehicle within 2 hours, the department would hire a vehicle on daily basis and the expenditure would be debited to your account besides imposing penalty of Rs. 500/- per day. 16. In case of absence of vehicle even for a day , proportionate payment towards a day will be deducted from monthly bill besides imposing a penalty of Rs. 500/-per day. 17. The charges for Extra KMS over and above 80 KMS per day is fixed to Rs. 7.00 ( Rupees Seven only ) per KM. 18. Hours more / less than 10 Hrs. a day will be paid / deducted on pro-rata basis. 19. The Contractor should have one spare driver having valid PVC for replacement in case of emergency, sickness etc. of the regular Drivers. 20.
