    Tender For Repair And Treatment Of Roof Of Taratala Industrial Estate Building Surface Preparation Cleaning all concrete surfaces free of laitance, dust, dirt, cavities, projecting nibs etc.by wire brush. Removing all protrusions from concrete surfaces using a fine hair broom finish, removing moss and lichen manually. Washing the surface thoroughly with clean water and allow it to dry. Standing water must be removed to prevent subsequent compromise of waterproof properties. Surface should be absolutely dry before application of coating. Chamfering & Coving: -At all the junctions to be done for a size of 25mm X 25mm with cement mortar admix with Fosroc Nittobond SBR at the rate of 3% by weight of cement
