    Tender For Request For Quotation For Procurement Of Dropwise And Filmwise Condensation Aparatus DROPWISE AND FILMWISE CONDENSATION APARATUS Typical Components & Specification Parameters Steam Generator (Boiler) : 8 L capacity stainless steel, ~ 1.5-3.0 kW heater Steam Chamber / Vessel : Transparent (glass) cylinder Condensers (2 units) : Two vertical tubes: one with film-wise surface (natural finish,smooth copper), the other treated/coated or polished/nickel /gold / chromium plating or other hydrophobic finish for ropwisemode.Length~150-175mm,diameter~15-20mm nominal. Temperature Measurement : Multiple thermocouples or RTDs; at least: steam chamber temp, cooling water inlet/outlet for each condenser, condenser surface (metal) temperature for dropwise & filmwise. Typically 5-8 sensors. Pressure Measurement & Control:- Pressure gauge (e.g. Bourdon), safety / relief valves; possibly vacuum / air extraction if needed (to remove non-condensables)
