Tender For Certain Repairs To Roof And Other Allied Works At Fort Area Nagpur Under Ge Kamptee.; 1 Demolition ofConcrete of any description and in anypositionnot otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Taking up or down steel tubing 15 mm dia and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Taking up or down steel tubing 20mm dia and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed. 4 S&F 15 mm bore GI tubing medium grade to walls, ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed. 5 S&F 20 mm bore GI tubing medium grade to walls, ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed. 6 Dismantling water tanks of capacity exc250 and n exc 500 ltrsand removing to stote complete all as specified and as directed. 7 S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I of capacity 500 ltrs.20 mm dia Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic bal screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142 gms/ 20mm-210 gms/25mm-455gms/ 40mm- 690 gms) complete all as specified and as directed. 8 Dismantling water tanks of capacity exc500 and n exc 1000 ltrsand removing to stote complete all as specified and as directed. 9 S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I of capacity 1000 ltrs.20 mm dia Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic bal screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142 gms/ 20mm-210 gms/25mm-455gms/ 40mm- 690 gms) complete all as specified and as directed. 10 Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks of capacity exc 250 litres & n. exc 500 litres setting aside (or lowering) for repair work and hoisting , reconnecting, refixng in the same position complete all as specified and as directed. 11 Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks of capacity exc 500 litres & n. exc 1000 litres setting aside (or lowering) for repair work and hoisting , reconnecting, refining in the same position complete all as specified and as directed. 12 Dismantling of AC (Corrugated or semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof covering including ridges complete all as specified and directed. 13 S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. 14 S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. 15 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and removing from site of work complete all as specified and as directed. 16 M&L for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane ganbies, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (lleam, tee, angle, charmel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade Fe 410W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed. 17 M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or grith and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide paintcomplete all as specified and as directed. 18 M&L for PCC 1:2:4type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate RCC roof slabs to fill undulations to achieve uniform slope complete all as specified and directed. 19 M&L for rendering over roof slab 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and finished surfaces fair and even all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately) 20 Supply and applying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm)land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified. complete as per manufacturers specifications complete all as specified and as directed.
