Tender For Routine Maintenance Of Sub-Division Office Building At Shaheed Dweep For The Year 2025-26.; 1 Facilitation in office works during office hours and as required. The scope of this assignment involves providing comprehensive assistance in office related tasks under the supervision of the Assistant Engineer (Civil), ALHW, Shaheed Dweep. The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:All non technical works, diary, dispatch, typing and data entering, power point presentation, printing, photocopying, maintaining and record keeping of documentation works pertaining to Assistant Engineer (Civil), ALHW, Shaheed Dweep Sub-Division. File management, scanning of files for e-office etc., assisting in documentation and general administrative duties. Attending to any other miscellaneous tasks as assigned from time to time by the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC) or other designated officers. The above scope includes all associated costs such as labour charges, GST, LWC, etc., and constitutes a multitasking role requiring flexibility and coordination across multiple functions.Semi-Skilled Mazdoor 2 Sweeping and cleaning of ALHW Sub-Division office, cement concrete approach and surrounding area of ALHW premises at Shaheed Dweep, A&N Islands, including collection and conveying of waste materials by head load to a designated dumping location within a lead of 100 to 150 meters, including dumping/disposal of the collected waste material at the specified location as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The work includes the cost of all labours, brooms (soft and hard), collection tools, baskets/head-load carrying equipments and any other minor tools or consumables required to complete the work in an efficient and safe manner. The rate includes cost of all labour charges, cost of broom, minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess, etc., complete. 3 Clearing of jungle including cutting down of small shrubs, bushes, and sweeping of dry leaves from ALHW office premises and surrounding area of ALHW premises at Shaheed Dweep. The work includes collection and conveying of all vegetative waste and dry leaves by head load to a designated dumping location within a lead of 100 to 150 meters, including dumping/disposal of the collected waste material at the specified location, as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The work includes the cost of all labour, cutting tools (e.g., billhooks, sickles), brooms (soft and hard), collection tools, baskets/head-load carrying equipment, and any other minor tools or consumables required to complete the work efficiently and safely. The rate includes all costs towards labour charges, minor tools and consumables, GST, labour welfare cess, etc., complete. 4 Cleaning the WC pans, squatting pan, urinal pans and washing of toilet floor with sanifresh, phenyl and bleaching powder etc. The rate includes all costs towards labour charges, minor tools and consumables, GST, labour welfare cess, etc., complete. 5 Operation of water pumps for pumping water into the elevated tanks and sumps inside the port premises and distribution of water supply to the resident of ALHW colony, ALHW &PMB office, passenger toilets, water coolers installed at Jetty etc. The rate includes all costs towards labour charges, minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess, etc., complete. 6 Conveying of garbage from colony/guest house area to outer side of residential area as directed by EIC with in a lead of 10km, including cost of hire charges of truck with POL and operator, minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess, etc., complete.
