| 1 | Note : 1. The contractor should visit the site before quoting the tender to know the working condition of the station.2. All requisite safely measures are to be adopted by contractor on site.3. The contractor shall provide and deploy sufficient manpower (as approved by GE / Engineer in charge) shall report at 9:00 hrs to JE E/M / Engineer in Charge to collect the complaints job card in working days and complete the same completed within 24 Hrs.4. The complaints shall be rectified within 24 Hrs if the complaints is/are not attended / not completed within 24 Hrs (Except repair/replacement of major items) recovery will be done at Rs 500 per complaint per day.5. After completion of job work complaint, the contractor has to produce job card duly signed by user & JE / Engineer in Charge.6. If contractor failed to provide their electrician to attend the complains then recovery will be done at Rs 1000 per day.7. The contractor should procure minimum 50% of the materials for all items as per BOQ (Other than paints) mentioned in this CA, within 20 days after getting sample approval and kept in safe custody so that no delay in work due to non-availability of materials will be faced. Contractor should ensure during the cause of work that he has minimum 25% of materials with him till the completion of work. If contractor fail to complete the work within contract due to lack of fittings a penalty of 20% shall be applicable on quoted rates by the contractor.8. In repair works, rate quoted for demolition /dismantling /taking down is deemed to be inclusive of removing the same from site and station.9. In maintenance works, the contractor should maintain separate registers for repair works. Day to day complaints should be noted in those registers with SI nos of complaints, location qty of work, status of complaints and signature of in charge and stamp of the office. Formal will be given from concern AGE office. The contractor should obtain the signature of in charge on the same day of work. These register to be submitted to JE (E/M) on every weekend without fail.10. The contracts involving working at elevated locations of buildings, contractor should ensure proper safety arrangements as per norms. Wearing safety belts and helmets are mandatory. A penalty of Rs 1000 per day will be recovered from contractor if safety norms are not followed.11. The plumbing complaints resulting wastage of water should be rectified within 12 working hours and if contractor fail to fulfill this, a recovery of 10% of rate quoted for relevant item will be charged from contractor in this regard.12. After completion of work, no stores/debris/ loose items be kept at work site or dumped inside station . Entire area to be cleared and waste material be taken outside from the station . |

| 4 | Taking down the evaporative type desert coolers of Capacity upto 5000 Cum/hr by disconnecting all the electrical connections cleaning all the components by removing the side panels and painting the coolers (for iron body/part only) withsinglecoat of synthetic enamel paint out side and moisture resistance primer inside with spray painting and fixing back the removed panel and reconnecting with electrical connections and writing the MES No complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
