Design and construction for provision of hospital building (G+2), Hospital garage for OPD Ward (S/S), sub station building, pump house, hospital gas supply, AC Plant room, waste management, UG sump and all allied infrastructure incl Internal and External B/R & E/M Servicesetc complete all as specified and as directed.Note:(a) The Rate quoted is inclusive of comprehensive maintenance of all services during DLP of three years complete all as specified and as directed.(b) The complete planning, designing of these buildings mentioned under Scope of work shall be carried out & required to be got vetted from any IIT/NIT. In this connection please also refer Sch \"A\" Notes, Scope of work, concerned DBRs, Particular Specifications etc as attached with tender docs. The contractor shall also submit detailed estimate, alongwith Yard Sticks, for approval by CWE as per details mentioned in tender documents & cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted Lump Sum & no additional payment for these works shall be allowed to the contractor.
