| 2 | Supplying and Installing in position, tensile fabric membrane (both PVDF coated) roofing with vertical and horizontal supporting with MS structure with one coat of primer and two coats of enamel paint of approved colour and shed as per approved architectural design and pattern with tensile fabric membrane both side PVDF night coated, One go coating ( minimum weight of 702 - 750 g/ms or equivalent and light transmission 7 to 8%) and 10 years warranty ofSIEON/ SERGE FERRARI 782 S2 /MEHLER of German make or equivalent approved make, with necessary hardware , fastener , clamping accessories, pattern welding and tensioning of roof fabric membrane and fine turning /adjustment, disposal of rain water with provision of proper drainage as required complete with the rates including cost of all the necessary accessories, tools equipment etc. all complete as per specification and contractor has to submit the design / layout /details of the tensile fabric structure roofing with supporting MS structure provided by the manufacturer of the approved make along with the structural design and details of the members of the tensile membrane and supporting MS structure from Apollo/ TATA, so as to withstand wind loads, rain/snow loads, seismic forces, self weight etc. as per relevant IS codes, the responsibility to provide an alternate design ,structure details is sought. The work is to be carried out at all heights by taking all safety precautions, plan area will be measured for payment without any allowance for overlaps.Authorization certificate is necessary from OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) for tensile cloth. All structural design should be got approved from any NIT or IIT before execution. Cost is inclusive of necessary illumination/ lights etc. with proper wiring, switch boards and necessary electrical connections including M.S Pipe Structure of tensile fabric etc. Complete.Spec.
