The construction shall follow the specifications below and be based on the approved design given in the RFP and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Foundation:Use RCC with a 1:1.5:3 concrete mix, reinforced with 10 mm main bars and 8 mm lateral reinforcement. The pit for the pillars shall be 90 x 90 x 100 cm in size, subject to change based on soil strength. Use 360 x 360 x 12 mm MS plate as the base plate, secured with 16 mm diameter, 300 mm long MS foundation bolts.Main Structure: Construct the main structure using the following pipes for pillars, rafters, purlins, etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge:165 mm diameter MS hollow round pipe, 4 mm thick88.9 mm diameter MS round pipe, 2.6 mm thick76.1 mm diameter MS round pipe, 2 mm thick60.3 mm diameter MS round pipe, 2 mm thick48.3 mm diameter MS round pipe, 2 mm thick50x50x8 mm MS flatBrand: TATA structura or approved equivalent.All materials shall be painted with MRF or approved equivalent epoxy primer, followed by two coats of MRF Durothane or approved equivalent PU paint.The triangular portion of the structure has to be covered with jali made with 18mm multiwood as per the design.Roofing Material:Combine the steel framework with high-quality tensile fabrics such as PVC-coated polyester,PVDF coating,PTFE-coated fiberglass,or HDPE mesh to ensure durability and UV resistance on both sides. Fabric fixing accessories should be of SS 304 grade, with a breaking strength of not less than 2500/2000 N per 5 cm,tear strength (warp/weft) of 250/200 N, temperature resistance from -30°C to +70°C,and a fabric weight of 800 gsm.The rate should be quoted for all the materials,labor,conveyance etc. complete as per the approved design and instructions of the Engineer-in-charge.
