| 1 | Replcement in repair of existing hanger doors of clear opening 17.4 mtr x 5.20 mtr (closed position) at both side of hanger consisting of 08 door leaves, 04 on each side door of 4.55 mtr X 5.20 mtr size, bi-parting type including necessary modifications to the wheels, gantries with tools & plant etc., including fixing up with suitable type electric motors not less than 3 HP capacity and suitable heavy grade reduction gears so as tomovement of hanger doors harizontally inward and outwardscomplete all as specified and as directed with the following :-NOTE :-Items to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (a) Dismantling of exisiting hanger door with required T&P, cranes etc door dimensions - 17.4 mtr x 5.20 mtr heighttotal 08 leaves, 04 on each side, bi-parting leaf size4.55 mtr x 5.20 mtr. (Weight of each leaf - 1.5Ton approximatly) all material deposit to MES store. (b) Identification and replacement of damanged parts of Bottom wheel, Top roller, Drive Assembly with idler systembeams, tee, angle iron section, rails, guides and steel sheets complete all as specified and as directed. (c) Installation of hanger door with required T&P, cranes etc and greasing all wheels & Railings, \"D\" shape Neoprene gasket should be fixed at edge of both leafs meeting at centre meeting point of two door leaf in each entries and nylon bush should be fixed at the bottom of door leaf for removing small obstacles at bottom track.(d) Testing and commisioning of hanger doors including provision of Heavy Duty rubber buffer at parking bay to avoid jerk in doors while staging at parking bay.(e) Making good all disturbed masonry / concrete / PQC for fixing rails / steel surfaces to match withthe existingsurfaces complete all as directed. (f) Bottom rail as per existing shall be aligned thorough check in detail and it should be maintained at FFL. The new rails shall be fixed at the bottom grouted in such a manner that it supports the top shutter and the channel shall be embedded with PQC.(g)Existing top guide track shall be aligned. Damaged top guide channel should be replaced , cleat should be fixed on top guide to prevent door leaf from falling down in case derailing of door leaf.(h) Provision shall also be made for manual operation of door and breaking system and also provide handle for manual declutchingnear motor. |
