Filling foundation and plinth with coarse river sand including watering and ramming etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer – in Charge.

Providing Cement concrete M-15 in Foundation/ Sub-Structure 40mm & down grade size crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in position, in layers with proper packing and ramming by means of vibrator to proper slope and level including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials required for the owrk including hire & runing charges of machineries required for the work including all labour fro the work complete in all respect as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12 mm size C.B.H.G. chips for R.C.C. works including hoisting and laying per 1 cum. (To be used for minor repair work only) complete as per the direction of Engineer – in Charge.

Providing and fising ISI marked 35 mm thick flush door shutters conforming to 15 2202 (Part 1) decorative typs, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak three ply veneering with vertical grains of cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters of approved design including cost of all door fittings and fixtures et complete as per the direction of Engineer – in Charge.
