| 26 | Notes for item 19.01 to 19.06:(a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed as per MoU between tenderer and manufacturer of paints and their authorised applicator after approval by the GE as per MoU performa attached at Serial page No. 109 & 110. (b) The Contractor shall upload with the documents under cover I \"Memoradum of Understanding\" (MOU) with at least one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall not be opened and shall be liable to rejected.(c) Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and protective measures etc, as necessary for execution of work shall be arrenged by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.(d) Authorised applicator of the company with trained painters will only be allowed to execute the work and the applicator will submit the experience certificate from the company. |

| 29 | (j)Stage passing register will be properly maintained duly signed by all Concerned.(k) Preparation of plastered or unplastered surface or removal of existing treatment by scrapping of walls, chajjas, ceilings, fins, facias etc. shall be done using mechanical sander with internal dust extraction system for clean environment.(l) All priming/ painting work will be done by mechanical sprayer only.(m) All rates quoted will be inclusive of all scaffolding as and when required as per the schedule attached and no work will be allowed without proper scaffolding, height of each building are as indicated in the list of buildings.(n) The contractor shall submit manufacturer generated 05 years warranty card for each building during submission of RAR and Final Bill.(o) A guaranty amount @ 10% will be kept as reserve till completion of warranty period and will be released thereafter. (p) Any deterioration during the warranty period will be rectified by the manufacturer without any financial effect. |
