Short dated tender - Tender For Monsoon Preparedness Works At Nntps.; 1 NDCC 0045 Forming bund with earth/silt filled gunny bags including filling the bags with earth or silt by collecting and conveying from nearby areas to the site of work and placing the filled bags in position and filling up the voids with earth, etc., complete all as directed by the officers of NLCIL. Empty gunny bags will be supplied at free of cost at section stores by NLCIL 2 NDCC 0047 Removal of silt, slush in water manually from drains, sumps and roads and depositing the same as directed within an initial lead of 10 metres and lift of 2 metres. The payment shall be based on stack measurements after deducting 26% for voids. 3 NDCC 0137 Earth work deploying earth moving machineries for desilting channel and forming bund on either side and depositing the earth on banks including jungle clearance etc., complete. -Having width of 3 m -10 m 4 NDCC 0260 Collection of all types of silt /earth etc. including clean removal of vegetations from the drains, roof etc. anywhere inside TPS Units, stacking the same for pre-measurement and conveying the same outside TPS within a lead of 3 KM in contractors vehicle to the places as directed by the Departmental officers. The rate shall include labour charges for stacking for pre measurement, loading, unloading, hire charges of vehicle, tools & plants and disposing off them as directed. A bulkage of 26% will be deducted from stack measurement for silt / earth only. 5 NDCC 0264 Collection and conveyance of debris /silt /earth and industrial waste containing insulation wool, refractory debris and other debris like garbage, cotton waste, waste wood, papers, packing materials, cut-tree branches, dry leaves, damaged rubber cords / rubber tubes / plastic covers and other wastes like worn out / corroded tin Sheets / MS Sheets / Metal Chips, Damaged Gunny Bags etc., from anywhere inside TPS or in the peripheral compound wall area of TPS to the places as directed by Departmental Officers with a lead of 3 KM in contractors vehicle. The rate shall include hire charges of the vehicle, tools & plants, labour charges for loading, unloading and disposing off them as directed. Payment will be made based on vehicle body measurement and a deduction of 26 % will be made towards bulkage / voids. 6 NDCC 0266 Cleaning the RCC drains with cover slabs of various sizes up to 1 metre depth. The work shall include removal of cover slabs, cleaning the drain of all loose materials, vegetation etc., complete and depositing the removed materials at the places shown by Departmental Officers. The cover slabs shall be placed in position after the completion of cleaning works. The rate shall include all labour charges, tools & plants etc., complete. 7 NDCC 0267 Cleaning of open RCC / lined drain up to 1 metre depth. The work shall include cleaning the drain of all loose materials, vegetation etc., complete and depositing the removed materials at the places shown by Departmental Officers. The rate shall include all labour charges, cost of tools & plants etc., complete. 8 NDCC 0244 Cleaning the drain outlets, Cooling Tower coarse shutters free from Dead leaf, Vegetation, Debris, blockage, etc. and ensuring free flow of drain / Cooling Tower outlet, throughout during Rainy days, and conveying the blocking materials away from the outlets as directed by Departmental officers. The rate shall include all labour charges, tools & plants etc., complete. 9 NDCC 0245 Cutting the tree branches from trees available along the road sides and clearing the cut tree branches area after that.
