35	Treating the sunken floor slab comporising of the following specifications all as specified & directed:-
36	(a) Demolition of cement concrete of any description in sunken portion of toilet and removing debris outside MD land.
37	(b) Cleaning the sunken/ lowered portion of RCC slab surfaces (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely and providing 40mm thick (avg) PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in padding concrete to achieve proper slope including cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for provision ofspout (WPC measured and paid separately)
38	(c) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 10mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with required water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/ seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).
39	(d)All junctions points of side wall spout where CI/ GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty.
40	(e)After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean.
41	(f) Applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacture instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.
42	(g)Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout. (WPC shall be measured & paid separately).
43	(h)Material and labourfor PCC 1:5:10 type E2, using 40mm thick aggregate n exc 150mmthick as in filling of sunken floor portion complete all as specified & directed.
44	(j) Material and labourfor PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate, 50mm tnick as in floor etc complete all as specified & directed.
45	Note :- (a)Testing of water proof area (ponding test) shall be done by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage, seepage to the entire satisfaction of GE.
46	(b) Test shall be done in presence of Engineer-in-Charge.
47	(c)The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicator of chemicals.
48	(d)Cost of testing is included in the unit quoted rate above.
49	Material and labourfor Water proofing treatment to the sunken portion applying two coat of two component (1 part Polymer and second part cementations powder) cementations, polymer modified elastomeric, water proofing coating composed of cement, properly selected and graded aggregates, additive and acrylic emulsion polymer as a binder apply first coat of (mix and application as per manufacturer’s instructions) all over floor surface. Prepared surface and apply to vertical surface up to 15cm from tiling level, allow to dry 4 to 6 hours. Prepare for apply 2nd coat perpendicular to first coat and allow to dry 4 to 6 hours. All joints to Trap/WC/Soil pipe shall be properly sealed with sealing compound/polymer modified mortar using Dr Fixit Pidicrete UBP or equivalent in M/s Pidilite orM/s Sika Chemical, Slope of slab shall be towards and including GI pipe 50mm dia of suitable length Spout pipe. Providing 15mm protective screed with cement mortar in 1.3 with WPC (Make : Dr Fixit LW + or equivalent in M/s Pidilite orM/s Sika Chemical) within 2 to 3 days of second coat complete all as specified as per manufacturer instructions. Make : Dr Fixit Pidfin 2K or equivalent in M/s Pidilite orM/s Sika Chemical complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
50	Note :- The work shall be carried out by authorised and qualified applicators of the above mentioned manufacturer.

328	The above job shall be carried out by a trained electrician having ITI in electrical, documentary proof of the education of tradesman shall be produced to the Engr-in-Charge before commencement of work.
329	In case of major defects, entire job shall be completed within 15 days from the date of registration of complaint, failing which penalty charges @100/- per day shall be recovered.

368	The quoted rate shall also deemed to be included the following :- (i)Prior toinstallation of maintenance free chemicalearthing, soil resistivity test to be carried out at the location where earthingwork to be donein presence of Engr-in- Charge/JE (E/M),user and the report has tosubmitto Garrison Engineer with recommendation of manufacturer, if required additional interconnection ofearthing (not more than 08 number of earthing) to achive earth result less then 1 Ohms. The arrangement done for soil resistivity testingandsubmission of report with recommendationdeemed to be included in the quoted rate.
369	(ii) The description/ size/ qty of items mentioned in above are for indicating only however qty/ size may vary at site condition to maintain the earth resistance 1 ohm. The contractor shall quote rate by considering all factors.
370	(iii) Rateofearth energizer compound of 25 Kg of 02 bags and earthresistance reducingliquid 10 litre per cane for each pit deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
371	(iv)Resistivity of earth energizer compound and resistance reducing earthing liquid shall be certified by any NABL accredited lab carried out as per IEC-62561-7 read with ASTMG57-06, CI-3.4A and the certificate of same shall be submitted by the contractor along with the sample approval
372	(v) Earth enhancing material should not leach into the adjacent soil or underground water channels and its PH value should be in neutral range complete all as specified and as directed. It should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete.
373	(vi) Copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm shallbe fixed on proper post insulator at the instrument end (copper strip upto 7.5 RM shall be considered in unit quoted rate and extra will be measured and paid separately).
374	(vii)Testing of earth shall be carriedout in presence ofdepartmental and user representativeand report shall be submitted to Garrison Engineer duly signed by all concerned.
375	(viii)Earth resistance tester will be provided by the contractor.Tester should be calibrated from authorised company/ lab.
376	(ix)Earthing shall be tested after completion of work by the contractor in presence of Engr-in-charge, user and proper record shall be maintained duly signed by all concerned.After testing if the desired earth resistance of less than 1 Ohm is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to Govt. till desired result is obtained.
377	(x) The contractor shall give a written guarantee of minimum three years for maintaining the earth resistance less than 1 Ohm after certified date of completion.
378	(xi) No further maintenance or periodic watering or recharge shall be required in earthing during its guarantee period of over 03 years in all type of soil including soft/ disintegrated or hard rock.
379	(xii) During the guarantee period, if earth resistance is not maintained less than 1 ohm the contractor has to redo or rectify at no extra cost to Govt till desired result is maintained.
380	(xiii) A security deposit of value equal to 2.5 % of the rate quoted for chemical earthing for each earthing shall be retained from payment due to the contractor from final bill for the guarantee period.
381	(xiv) The electrode shallcarry manufacturer\"s name .
382	(xv) The connection clamp shall be permanentlly welded to the copper boundedrodto avoid any kind of connectivity loss,.The pre-welded copper bounded rod shall not need any additional clamp for termination.
383	(xvi) The acceptable earth resistance at earth busbar/ test point shall not be more than 0.1 ohm.
384	(xvii)Earth work such as auguring andmaking good the surrounding area shall carried out in any type of soil.
385	(xviii)The contractor shall submit CPRI India certified document for copper bounded rod to ensure genuineness of material.
386	(xix) Sign boardof mild steel sheet 2 mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxideZinc chrome primer showing result of earthing shall be fixed near the earth pit after completion as directed by engr -in- charge.

389	Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of factory assembled, floor mounted, free standing type tested LT Feeder pillar panels, with canopy, as per electrical specifications for outdoor installation to be made of IP65 Polycarbonate modular enclosures. The enclosures made of polycarbonate, should be weather/vermin proof, anti -acid, anti-corrossive, UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, fire retardant and self extingushing in accordance with IEC 60695-2-11, UL subject 94 for flammability V-0, should pass glow wire test for 960 degree in accordance with 60695-2-11. Degree of protection against mechanical load should be IK08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262,IP65 in accordance with IEC-60529 and IEC- 60439-1, should have dielectric properties, RoHS compliants & Halogen free. The manufacturer of boards/panels shall submit a copy oftype test reports as per above mentioned norms either from UL/ERDA/CPRI/NABL labs in india. The panel should be modular and compartmentalized in construction with opaque and transparent doors, properly tightened to base with thermoplastic screws having sealing gaskets of extruded silicon rubber to withstand adverse weather effects. The depth of modular enclosure should be above 200mm for air circulation & to minimize temp rise. Panel should be fitted with one Nopolycarbonate IP 65, 9 W LED translucent bulk head luminaire color lemp not less than 6500K, PF >0.95 under canopy for easy maintenance. Panel should be fitted outside with one No. of 16 Amp 3 Pole IP65 industrial socket and 01 No. of 32Amp 5P IP 65 industrial socket. 3 Phase and neutral 600 Amp current carrying capacity of aluminium bus bar insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves with SMC/DMC insulators,complete with the following switch gears and mounting the panel board on ground with PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate for bedding upto a height of 45 CM above ground level, including dismanting and taking out old U/s LT panel boardand remove from site reconnecting existing LT UG Cable with new panel board, complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following:-
390	(a) MCCB with thermal magnetic release 4 Pole, 415 V of capacity 400 Amp, 36 KA- 01 No (Incomer). (b) MCCB with thermal magnetic release 4 Pole, 415 V of capacity 125 Amp, 25 KA- 03 Nos.(c) MCCB with thermal magnetic release 4 Pole, 415 V of capacity 100 Amp, 10 KA- 01 No.(d) Multifunction Meter (V,I,PF) with suitable capacity of CT\"s- 01 No.(e) Indicating lamp (R-Y-B) set LED type with backup MCB for 3 Phase Supply - 01 set(f) Space for spare feeder - 01 No. Note :-(i) The Contractor shall submit the drawing for approval of GE before executing the work.(ii) Insulators, bus bar sleeves, lugs, gland etc including complete wiring with suitable size of copper wire are all inclusive in unit quoted rate. (iii) Make of Switch gear : Schneider/L&T/C&S.(iv) MCCB should be ICu =100% ICs.(v) Make of LT Panel/FPB shall be as mentioned in list of makes (PS).
391	Note :- An amount of Rs 1,49,628.00 on account of credit schedule for schedule \"A\" part II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
