Tender For External Periodical Services To Buildings At Arc Charbatia; 1 Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any positionof demolised rough/uneven surface and removal of demolised material from site out side ARC campus complete all as specified and directed. 2 Use and waste of form work to chajjas or any other RCCwork for fair finish surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for RCC type A-11:1.5:3using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in chajjas/lintel/beam/cookig plateform etc complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required and binding with ms wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required and binding with ms wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips.complete all as specified and directed. 6 Taking down cement plaster on brick walls/ concrete surface, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed. 7 Demolition brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortarincluding all quoins, arches,pillars etc but excludingashlar facings, dressed stoneworks and precast articlescomplete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for brick work with sub class B fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.. 9 M & L for brickwork with sub-class B fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thickwalls, built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. 10 M/L for rendering15mm thickin cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cementincluding mixing of water proofing compound of approved make as per manufacturers instructions on existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only. 11 Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. 12 M & L for 15mm thick Cement plaster (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete Surafce finished fair and even w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 13 Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces including necessary preparation work complete all as specified and directed. 14 M & L for preparing newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of chalk white primer complete all as specified and directed. 15 Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment of old surfcaes of wall for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.Note:(i) All the buildings at ARC Charbatia station are G+1, (ii) Complete removal of existing treatment of old surfcaes are to be carried out by means of mechanical process, rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to included for above aspect and nothing shall be paid to the contractor on this account. 16 M & L for removing the plants from the surfaces of the building with complete roots, applying recommended chemical to prevent further growth as directed, making good the disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:3 and applying the same surface finish of the existing surface and finished to match with the surrounding surfaces including removal of debris etc., out side the premises complete all as specified and directed. 17 Preparation of old painted wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applyingone coat of Synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) complete all as specified and directed. 18 Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paintcomplete all as specified and directed. 19 M & L for obliterating old writing of any description, not exceeding 0.1 Sqm, with synthetic enamel paint to match with existing work complete all as specified and directed. 20 M & L for Writing letters or figures (Block.Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high complete all as specified and directed. 21 M & L for Writing Stops, commas, short lines, dashes,hyphens, circle, brackets, etc complete all as specified and directed.
