Tender For Periodical Services And Allied Works To Certain Map Accns At Sevoke Road Mil Stn Under Ge Sevoke Road; 1 Taking down cement plaster or lime plaster on walls /ceiling of any description from concrete or brick wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and disposing off the retrieved debris as directedincluding necessary scaffoldings etc complete all as specified and directed 2 Hackingoutoldbrokenglass (any thickness, size, quality or description)from wooden/metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/springclipsandprovidingand fixing new ones, complete all as specified and directed. 3 Materials and labour for rendering 15mm thickin cement mortar (1:6) on other fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fairwithout using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. 4 Materials and labour for rendering 15mm thick in two layers (10+5 mm thick)in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces,WPC shall be mixed with morter of top layer, finished even and fair,complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified and directed. (Note:WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only) 5 Materials and labour for rendering 5mm thickin cement mortar (1:3) on ceiling surfaces, finished even and smoothwithout using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. 6 Supply only integral Water Proofing Compound of approved make. 7 Materials and labour for preparation of new/old plastered surfaces of wall and applying 2mm thick wall care putty of approved make complete all as specified and directed. 8 Materials and labour for applying three coats of white wash on newly plastered ceiling surface including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed. 9 Materials and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of approved colour with roller over one coat of primer over 1 mm thick wall care putty of approved make completeall as specified and directed. 10 Materials and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of weather proof antifungal exterior emulsion paint(as per manufacturer instructions) of approved colour over a coat of damp proof primer over 1mm thick wall care putty completeall as specified and directed. 11 Materials and labour for preparation old decorated surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smoke shoot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt sand trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white washcomplete all as specified and directed. 12 Materials and labour for preparation old decorated surfaces of ceiling including brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smoke shoot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt sand trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white washcomplete all as specified and directed. 13 Materials and labour for preparation old decorated surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smoke shoot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt sand trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper of approved colour with rollercompleteall as specified and directed. 14 Materials and labour for complete removal of existing paint from surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of approved colour with rollerover a coat of damp proof primer completeall as specified and directed. 15 Materials and labour for complete removal of existing paint from surfaces of wallsand applying two coats of weather proof antifungal exterior emulsion paint(as per manufacturer instructions) of approved colour over a coat of damp proof primer over 1mm thick wall care putty upto fourth storey of multistoried buildings completeall as specified and directed. 16 Materials and labour for complete removal of existing paint from surfaces of wallsand applying two coats of weather proof antifungal exterior emulsion paint(as per manufacturer instructions) of approved colour over a coat of damp proof primer over 1mm thick wall care putty above fourth storey completeall as specified and directed.Note for item Nos. 15.00 &16.00 :- The work under these items shall be carried out in multy storied MAP Accns of height more than 10 m. Height upto fourth storey shall be measured against item No. 15.00 and above fourth storey shall be measured against item No. 16.00 Contractor shall quote their unit rate duly considering the cost of scaffolding, frames etc. including cost of necessary safety precautions of workers. No extra payment other than quoted rate shall be allowed on this account. 17 Materials and labour for preparing of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 18 Materials and labour for preparing of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 19 Materials and labourfor re-writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc 30cm height with synthetic enamel paint complete as specified and directed. 20 Materials and labourfor removing moss, grass, sapling etc. over RCC roof and spreading bleaching powser @ 0.5 kg / sqm and scrubbing with coil fibre and finally clening down and washing with water complete all as directed. 21 Materials and labourfor removal of plant growth growth on walls/roof/cornices/chajja, uprooting as feasible, injecting chemical GLYPHOSPHATE (4% concentration) of 20 ml or till refusal by making cutting/injecting in the remaining stem or root of plant inside at 30mm and spraying with 25 mlGLYPHOSPHATE (4% concentration) diluted with 1 lit of water and making good the surface including necessary scaffolding wherever required complete all as specified and directed. 22 Supply and fixing in repair 4 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squaresnot exceeding 0.50sqm in each pane , complete all as specified and directed. 23 Supply and fixing in repair 4 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squaresexceeding 0.50sqm in each pane , complete all as specified and directed.
