| 9 | M&L for roof treatment with Polymeric membrane (APP based) with non woven Polyester material as reinforcement with following treatments:-(a) Surface preparation by removal of existing treatment of tar felt treatment/PCC/plaster/loose particle to ensure or clean.Smooth and dry surface and preparing surface (b)Providing & laying a coat of cold applied bitumen 85/25 based primer on entire surface @ 0.300 Ltr/Sqm on dry and clean surfaces.(c)Providing & laying APP based polymeric membrane of 3mm thickness of weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm with non woven polyester fiber as reinforcement on primed surfaces by torch application with side over laps & joints over laps etc as per manufacture instructions. (d) Finishing of top surfaces by two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm all as specified and as per manufacture instructions.(e) Providing test with filling of water for continuous 48 hours.(f) Guarantee @ 3% for 10 years for RT. |
