Notes : (i) The unit rate shall include for GI water pipe, protection pipe wire mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, PCC, test point, GI strip 32 X 6 mm from top of earth plate upto 5 mtr.(ii)PCC pit shall be provided at least 1.5m away from the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fixing junction, elbows etc.shall deemed to be included in the unit rate.(iii)RCC pit cover shall be percast of RCC 1:2:4, type B-1, 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4kg/Sqm in lieu of cast iron cover. |
| 18 | Material and labour for Dismantling transformer of capacity upto 400 KVA to 02 MVA by lifting the top cover for taking out the HT/LT core and draining out the transformer oil in clean barrel including cleaning the transformer chamber body inside and outside with emery paper after that check all the winding and other wornout parts such as HT/LT coils, silcon stamping and other connected items like tap changer, breather assembly, explosion tube with diafram, connector tank, etc., and replacement of HT/LT coil winding with DPC enamelled copper/ aluminium wire/ strip of adequate size and number of turns complete and conneted to existing serviceable strip by jointing with soldering and re-installed with cotton tape over strip including using insulating material like varnish to limb coil fire proof type over the strip and baking of insulating material in heating chamber in adequate temp required. Reassembling the transformer LT/HT connection after proper De- hydration, filling of transformer oil, Reconditioning and testing of transformer after reassembling complete on No load at workshop and on load testing at site and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The cost of gasket set, LT/HT bushes, nuts, bolts, washers etc., required for the complete the job are deemed to be included in the rate quoted by bidder.(ii) After refixing of transformer, necessary testing based on partial load and full load shall be carried out to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.(iii) Unserviceable transformer should be rewinded in workshop within a week time, failing which penalty will be imposed on contractor @ 1% of quoted amount of item Per Week.(iv) Transportation of transformer upto workshop and back to site will be complete resposbility to the contractor and no other charges will be paid to contractor towards transportation.(v) Copper/ Aluminium winding of transformers, if replaced shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.(vi) Transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately under respective item as \"Supply Only\". |
