Tender For Additional / Alternator To Certain Omqs At Af Stn Bhisiana; 2 Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description and any thickness on brick, concrete or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 3 M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and fair (without using extra cement) etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 4 M&L for rendering 12 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and fair (without using extra cement) etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 5 M&L for rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on fair faces ofconcrete surfaces in ceiling, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 6 M&L for rough cast plaster on brick wall consisting under coat of cement and sand mortar (1:4) not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish even, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 7 M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 8 M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of old plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls/parapats andapplying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint position, cut as required to facilitate demolition, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 17 M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, Type-B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in roofs, floors, kitchen platform, beams, lintels, Columns, shelves, staircase, landing,parapets and railings and with similar suspended works including necessary form work required at site and applying a coat of cement slurry over old surfaces of concrete to make perfect binding, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 18 M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, Type-B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in chhajjas including necessary form work required at site and applying a coat of cement slurry over old surfaces of concrete to make perfect binding, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 19 M&L for Formwork to chullah hoods, shelves, chajjas, troughs and similar items in flats including edges, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 20 M&L for repair to RCC ceiling, sunshades, Chajjas, Balconies, Columns, bands, beams, roof slab and similar RCC work at any position/height by dismantling loose/disintegrated portion and dubbing out with Cement Concrete 1:1½:3, 15mm to 50mm thick using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished to required shape including provision of necessary supports if required and stitching of cracks with mild steel U clamps made out of 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c with inserting concrete block stretcherwith cement mortar 1:3 mixed with adhesive chemical (Polymer based) and reinforced with PVC chicken mesh including form work where ever required and finished with10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement including preparation of surfaces to receive finishes, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.Note:- The Extra area of 300mm around the actual affected area will be checked and repaired and only repaired portion will be taken for measurement. 21 M&L for Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 22 M&L for mild steel TMTbars 8 to 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 23 M&L for mild steel TMTbars 6 to 8mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 to receive vertical tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 31 M&L for vitrified tiles 9 to 10 mm thick light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 32 M&L for vitrified tiles 9 to 10 mm thick light shade (square/ rectangular) on vertical surfaces as in skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 to receive vertical tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 33 M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7 mm / 450x350x7mm thick including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 34 Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 35 M&L for Granite (of any Type) worktable rubbed and polished 20 mm thick machine cut, in steps, jams, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like laid and bedded over 15 mm thick cement mortar in CM (1:6) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 36 M&L for 12-15mm thick green marble slab flooring including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4)laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab one side bullnosed etc,
