Tender For Comprehensive Periodical Services To Otm And Md Accn Of A3 Area Under Ge (West) Jrc; 1 M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls and applying one coat of colour (lime) wash on wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 2 M&L for preparation of old surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of white (lime) wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 3 Takingdowncement plasteronbrickorconcrete wallsurfaces etcincludingraking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbingdown withwateretc complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for 5 mmthick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concretesurfacesofroofprojectionceilingetcincluding repairingofbrokenportionupto6mheightandsurfacefinished evenandsmoothwithoutusingextracement,completeallas specified and directed. 5 M&Lfor15mm thick rendering incementmortar 1:6 onfair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smoothwithoutusingextracementas on wall completeall as specified and directed. 6 M&Lforpreparationofnew plasteredorunplasteredsurfacesof ceiling andapplyingthreecoatsofwhitewash,completeallas specified and directed. 7 M&L for applying two coats of cement base paintover new plastered surfaces, including preparation and using primer new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls incl scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts& trading oil and greesing spots etc & applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over and incl a coat of primer as permanufacurers instructions and directed by Engr-in-charge. 9 M&L for one coat of exterior emulsion paint @ 1.5 kgs /10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 5:3 ratio applied over primimg coat @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted)/10SQM diluted with water in 1:1 ratio with fully automatic airless spray machineof paint application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco or equivalant having an electric motor of min. 1 HP with a flow speed of min 2 ltr per minutehaving a pressureof3300PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs todry the surface in between both the coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 10 M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, washing rubbing down and stooping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 11 M&L for complete removal of existing treatments by washing, rubbing down and stopping etc on wall and appliedtwo coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 12 M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls and applying one coat (1-2mm) of birla white putty and finished smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 13 M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 14 M&L preparation of old surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamelpaint on kerb stone complete all as specified and as directed. 15 M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 16 M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
