Tender For Repair To Roof Chajjas, Fins And Facia In Md And Otm Accn Under Age B/R (West) At Ge Dehu Road; 1 Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, any thickness including Nainital orsimilar pattern roof covering , in wall clading and velley gutters complete all as specified and directed. 2 Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work any description and fixed in any position complete all as specified and directed. 3 Demolition of RCC as in beams, staircase, landing, chajjas and similar work complete including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition all as specified and directed. 4 Materials and labour:- (i) Removing loose and broken concrete by chieseling/ mechanicallyup to depth of 40mm from soffit of slab, column, beam, chajja and similar structural members cutting edges cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brush etc to make the reinforcement naked and remove dust/ dirt/ other foreign article etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (ii) Applying IPH RB-107 polymer based rust-remover (pH value-12) and applying IPH RB-167 Polymer based rust preventive (pH-9) to all exposed reinforcement bars complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge. (Make:-Thermax, Pidilite or equivelent make)(iii)Applying polymer modified cement mortar rendering 15mm average thickness in CM 1:3 on surfaces duly mixing polymer modified Nitoband AR make : M/S Fosroc Chemicals India (P) Ltd @ 10 Ltr per bag of cement or equivalent in Harjas Coating & polymers @ 5% by wt of cement or equivalent make in Dr Fixit of Pidilite Industries complete finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as per manufacturers instructions and as directed.NOTE : work to be executed at building heights up to 15 meters. The contractor shall be responsible for arranging all necessary scaffolding, access equipment, tools, and safety measures required to complete the work safely and efficiently. No separate payment shall be made for these provisions. 5 M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20mm graded aggregate) as in landing, cover slab, chullah hoods, chajjas etc mixed with WPCcomplete all as specified and directed. WPC will be maesured and paid seperatly. 6 M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed. 7 All as per Item No 6 but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders 8 M & L for use and waste ofFormwork for rough finished surface to sides and soffits of beam, bressummers,lintels, cantilevers and supports etc all as specified and directed. 9 M & L for use and waste of form work rough finished surface of concrete flat to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exc. 200 mm thick horizontal or slopping in rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed. 10 M & L for use and waste of form work to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges in rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed. 11 S&F rolled sections as in main and cross beams,hip and jack rafters;purlins , over chajjawhere connected to common rafters and running rails upto the 15 mtr height and guide for sliding doors;fixed with angle cleat or other connecting plates conforming to Fe 410 W Gde E-250 quality A complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 12 S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in covering of chajja fixed with self tapping screws Providing and fixing galvalume sheet over window chajja up to 15.00 m height, including cutting grooves in the wall surface for embedding sheet edges, fixing with suitable fasteners, and sealing all joints and grooves using approved weather-resistant sealant to ensure watertightness. The galvalume sheet shall be of approved quality and thickness, properly sloped to allow water drainage, and fixed securely over a suitable framework or directly as required. The rate shall be inclusive of all materials, labour, scaffolding up to 15.00 m height, completeall asspecified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 13 S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws completeall as per manufactures instructionswith all fittings and accessories etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 14 All as per item No. 12 above but with plain sheet fix in valley gutter / ridge complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 15 M & L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth. 16 Dismantling wall & ceilling boards(fibre pulp insulation etc) or insulation boards/ slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge by Engr-in-charge. 17 Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling incl Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specifie all as specified 18 S&F 10 mm thick plaster of Paris (gypsum anhydrous) ceiling on flat surface up to a height of 5 m above floor level, over first class kail wood strips 25x6 mm with 10 mm gap in between and reinforced with rabbit wire mesh fixed to wooden frame (frame work to be paid separately) as specified and asdirected. 19 All as per above item butfor sunk or raised moulding complete all as specifie all as specified 20 Cutting down small trees/ bushes from wall/ roof/ chajja of building including digging out the roots from brick work or any other structure portion of building including applying root killer chemical as per manufacturer instruction and making good the disturbed portion by carrying out cement plaster/PCC and finally applying two coat of existing specification and samecolour paints over a coat of primer to match the existing surfaces inclusive of all materials, labour, tools, scaffolding, and equipment required to complete the work up to 15 Mtr heightall as specified and directed. 21 Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc. from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc. from existing water tanks of capacity upto 500 litres of any type and in any position and writing the date of cleaning complete all as specified and directed. 22 Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc. from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc. from existing water tanks of capacity exc. 500 litres and not exc. 1000 litres of any type and in any positionand writing the date of cleaning complete all as specified and directed. 23 Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed and removing rubbish etc out side the MD land complete all as specified and directed. 24 M&L for rendering15mm thickon fair faces of brick or concrete surfacein cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete 25 M&L two coats of cement base paint to new plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 26 M&L for preparation ofold decorated surfaces of wallsand applying one coat of premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives on external surfaces of wall as per manufacturers instruction all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 27 Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of plastered OR unplastered old decorated surface walls by brooming down and applying two coats of weather proof paint on external surfaces including a coat of acrylic based primer at any height of building / tower complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 28 Complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated surfaces of walls prepration of surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over and including a coat of priming plastered completeall as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge. 29 Taking out existing water proofing treatment including cement plaster(any no of layers) on roof surfaces, cleaning the surfaces and removing the debris outside MOD land complete all as specified and as directed. 30 Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed. specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed. 31 Disconnecting existing PVC water storage tanks of capacity exc 250 ltrs & n exc 500 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for laying of APP memberane or repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.complete all as specified and directed. 32 Disconnecting existing PVC water storage tanks of capacity exc 500 ltrs & n exc 1000 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for laying of APP memberane or repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.complete all as specified and directed. 33 M & L for providing 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregates ) as in filling in levelling course one roof slab complete all as specified and directed. 34 Extra over rendering for work in isolated width such as in bands, sunk pannels, cornices, skirting sides of slabs, parapet sides and top drip moulds etc and similar work not exc 15 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed. 35 Supply only Liquid water proofing compound . 36 M/L for cleaning the plastered / concrete surfaces with wire brushes and applying water proofing treatment as under :-(a)Apply one coat of oil bituminous primer @ 1.20 kg/Sqmover 10mm thk plaster in CM (1:6) .(b)Laying APP Polimerised modfied membrane not less than 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 kg per Sqm by torch applicaton method.(c)The overlap for APP membrane shall be 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on transverse direction (d) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bitumiious aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm over the membrane.(e) The make / treatment shall be from the one of the following manufacturer:-(i)Moply FP of M/s Texsa (I) Pvt Ltd.(ii) Hyperplast pf IWL India Ltd.(iii)Super thermpay manufactured by M/s Shalimar tar product(iv) Hydroflame of M/s Hydrotech Ltd. 37 Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing of 15/20 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and as directed. 38 Fixing only 15 mm bore GI pipe medium grade with all fittings and fixtures and fixed to wall, ceiling, floor complete all as specified and as directed. 39 Fixing only 20 mm bore GI pipe medium grade with all fittings and fixtures and fixed to wall, ceiling, floor complete all as specified and as directed. 40 M & L for 15 mm bore GI pipe medium grade with all fittings and fixtures and fixed to wall, ceiling, floor complete all as specified and as directed. 41 M & L for 20 mm bore GI pipe medium grade with all fittings and fixtures and fixed to wall, ceiling, floor complete all as specified and as directed.
