(Building); 1 Finishing wall surface of wall with Acrylic Wall Putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost conveyance and royalties of all materials etc complete as per direction of the Engineer in Charge. 2 Distempering two coats with Wall priming one coatover interior wall surface with Distemper of approved shade including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges complete as per direction of E.I.C. 3 Finishing walls with weather seal coat (two coats) over a coat of cement primer to outer walls surface including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 4 16mm thick inside Plastering with cement mortar(1:6) including all cost and conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge. 5 4 cm. thick grading concrete (1:2:4) on roof slab with 12mm. & down grade size hard granite chips for old workas directed by the Engineer in Charge. 6 Painting two coat over wood and iron work with approved Enamel paint including cost of paint as directed by the Engineer in Charge. 7 Earth work excavation in foundation in Hard of soil including hard moorum, stoney earth mixed with boulders ( except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting) with all leads and lifts including rough dressing the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 8 Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty of all the materials required for the work labour with T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 9 Cement Concrete (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm size black broken granite aggregates of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceding 15cm (6) thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance royalty, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge. 10 Cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with 12mm. Size hard broken granite chips (Crusher broken) for R.C.C. works including hoisting, laying, all cost, conveyance, royality etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. Plinth Beam 11 Cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with 12mm. Size hard broken granite chips (Crusher broken) for R.C.C. works including hoisting, laying, all cost, conveyance, royality etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. Column 12 Providing HYSD bars including cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in position including cost, conveyance and royalty of all materials and cost of all labour etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 13 RR Stonemasonary with C.M (1:6) in foundation and plinth including cost ,conveyance, royalty & taxex of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete including watering and curing for required period as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. 14 Fly ash Brick masonary with C.M (1:6) in Superstructure including cost ,conveyance, royalty & taxex of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete including watering and curing for required period as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. 15 12mm thick outside Plastering with cement mortar (1:6) including all cost and conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge. 16 Finishing walls with weather seal coat (two coats) over a coat of cement primer to outer walls surface including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 17 Providing & Fixing of M.S. window Grills including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges etc complet as per direction of E.I.C. 18 Labour for fixing of M.S doors and windows shutters of approved design in proper position making good to the damges of walls of R.C.C or other structural etc. including mending or cutting sizes or grooves in chaukhats with cost, conveyance, taxes, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 19 Painting two coats over wood and iron work with approved Enamel paint over a coat of priming including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges complete as per direction of E.I.C. 20 Earth work excavation in foundation hard soil including moorum, stoney earth mixed with boulders with all leads and lifts including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth away from the work site with all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per specification and direction of E.I.C. 21 Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty of all the materials required for the work labour with T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer in Charge. 22 Providing cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation and plinth using 4cm size clean hard black granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level, ramming water complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer in Charge. 23 Cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) using 12mm size hard granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete and compacting in layers not exceeding 15cm thick with proper packing and ramming each layer complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer in Charge.
