Tender for special repair To R I Office At Dihagaon For The Year 2025-26; 1.10 Earth work excavation in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth asper direction of the Engineer-in-charge 2.00 Supplying and filling in foundation & plinth with sand in 23.5 cm (9) thick layers including watering and ramming with cost, conveyance, royality taxes of all materials, and labour with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount and labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 3.00 Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm size crusher broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick in foundation including frame work where necessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering with cost conveyance taxes royality, labour of all materials, with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount and including hire & running charges of machineries T&P required for the work including supplying & working of pumps and cess as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge 4.00 Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep (1/2”) and removing the debris within 50m lead including cost of all labour with T & P, Cess required for the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 5.00 16mm (5/8) thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:6) finished smooth to inside surface of 10 thick brick wall after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes, royalties & cess etc, with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount and labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 6.00 Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in all floors at all height with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with approved grade cement and with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of brick masonary walls after racking out the joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners etc. completer with cost, conveyance, loading, unkloading, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour T&P, sundries and scaffolding required for the work with providing grooves as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 7.00 Cement washing one coat over the wall surface including watering, curing, cost conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials and all labour T& P required for the work etc complete. As per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 8.00 Priming one coat with any approved primer over iron work including cost of primer with sand papering, polishing the surface in all respect with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P and CESS required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 9.00 Distempering two coats to the wall surface with any approved shade over a coat of chalk wash including cost of distemper with conveyance royalities and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with cess etc, complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 10.00 Cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) using 12mm (1/2) size clean crusher broken grantie chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and levelling in position to required level including frame work where necessary ramming and levelling cruing dewatering with cost conveyance taxes and royalties labour of all materials including hire and running charges of machineries T&P required for the work with cess etc, complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 11.00 Dismantling and removing doors & windows and ventilators including removal of frames, hinges fastening, stacking the same for reuse and removing the debris with in 50m lead with cost of all labour, T&P & CESS etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 12.00 Providing fitting and fixing of M.S. doors, windows & grill gate of approved design and fixing in proper position including making holes in walls, R.C.C. structure and wood work etc. and making good to the damages to walls or R.C.C. structure including mending or cutting to sizes or grooves in walls and fixing with C.C. (1:2:4) with hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of 12mm with cost and conveyance, royalities of all materials, all labour taxes with all T&P etc. complete in all floors as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 13.00 Painting two coats with any approved Enamel Paint over a coat of approved primer to wood work and iron work including cost of the primer and paint sand papering, polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for thework etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 14.00 Finishing wall surface two coats with any approved weather coat over a coat of wall primer to outer wall surface after celaning surface including cost of paint and primer watering curing with cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P and Cess required for the work etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 15.00 Cost supplying and labour for fixing of anticorrosive zinc aluminium alloy painted coloured steel roofing profile sheet of 0.45mm thick in roof of godown including fixing a ridge cape with fasteners of approved specification etc. complete but excluding cost of fasteners including drilling holes etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge 16.00 Supplying, fabrication, fitting, fixing & erection of MS truss & purlin including all cost, conveyance etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 17.00 Providing fitting,fixing of AI.door with OEL anodized AI.door section of 9202 as vertical member, 9201 as top member and 9200 as bottom and middle member and 6mm plain glass in top portion with 12mm thick pre-laminated board in bottom portion fixed on door frame by means of tapered clip no. 4660 and the frame to be completed by means of jointing angle no. 1855 including cost of all labour T&P,Cess hire charges of drilling machine, etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
