Tender for special repair To 2 Nos E Type Quarter At Nuagaon Tahasil For Year 2025-26; 1.10 Dismantling brick or stone masonry in lime or cement mortar under 3M (10’-0”) height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the derbies within 50m lead away from the work site including cost of all labour with T & P,CESS required for the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 2.00 Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass,bushes,shrubs,saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 mtrs including removal & disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness including all labour, T & P, Cess, articles required for the work etc complete and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. 3.00 Earth work excavation in foundation in ordindary soil or gravelly soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth asper direction of the Engineer-in-charge 4.00 Supplying and filling in foundation & plinth with sand in 23.5 cm (9) thick layers including watering and ramming with cost, conveyance, royality taxes of all materials, and labour with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount and labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 5.00 Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm size crusher broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick in foundation including frame work where necessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering with cost conveyance taxes royality, labour of all materials, with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount and including hire & running charges of machineries T&P required for the work including supplying & working of pumps and cess as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge 6.00 Fly ash brick masonary in Cement Mortar (1:6) in Foundation using Fly ash brick of 25 cm X 12 cm X 8 cm size having a crushing strength not less than 75kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 2% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering & curbelling watering and curring for 7days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount and including hire & running charges of machineries T&P required for the work including supplying & working of pumps and cess as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge 7.00 Fly ash brick masonary in Cement Mortar (1:6) in Superstrcuture using Fly ash brick of 25 cm X 12 cm X 8 cm size having a crushing strength not less than 75kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 2% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering & curbelling watering and curring for 7days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount and including hire & running charges of machineries T&P required for the work including supplying & working of pumps and cess as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge 8.00 2.5cm (1) Damp proof course with cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering laying & compacting concrete etc, watering curing cost & conveyance of all materials & taxes & royalties etc with all labour T&P required for the work including cess etc complete including side shuttering in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 9.00 Providing cement concrete (1:11/2:3) with 12mm size clean crusher broken granite chips aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick including frame work where necessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering if necessary with cost, conveyance taxes royalty labour of all materials and including hire and running charges of machinaries T&P required for the work including supplying and working of pumps and cess as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.Column Base 10.00 Column 11.00 Providing and supplying of HYSD bars confirming to approved grade including straightening cutting bending bindiing lapping , welding etc confirming to ISI specification) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design placing the grills in position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 guage including cess etc complete as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge 12.00 16mm (5/8) thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:6) finished smooth to inside surface of 10 thick brick wall after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes, royalties & cess etc, with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount and labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 13.00 Painting two coats with any approved paint over a coat of priming to wood work including cost of the primer and paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with cess etc, complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. 14.00 Labour for fitting and fixing of M.S..Gate as per approved desing including cost of all materials and CESS etc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge 15.00 Supplying,fitting & fixing vetrified tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make conforming to IS:13755 with application of polymer modified quick set cement based water resistant adhesive conforming IS:15477 of 3 mm thick bed and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost,conveyance of all materials, labour,cess & T &P etc required for the work etc, complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 16.00 Finishing wall surface two coats with any approved weather coat over a coat of wall primer to outer wall surface after celaning surface including cost of paint and primer watering curing with cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P and Cess required for the work etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
