Tender For Annual Repair To Annual Maintenance And Petty Repair At Chandrasekharjew Temple, Kapilash, Dist- Dhenkanal (2025-2026).; 1 Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. 2 Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade (New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm) 3 Provision for removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface all complete 4 Provision for painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade 5 Dismantling tile work average thick ness 10mm to 25mm in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead 6 Provision for Laying of Hard Basalt stone average thickness 40mm obtained approved quarry on Cement sand mortar of 12mm thickness including pointing with all complete as per direction of Engineer In charge 7 Providing and laying khandolite stone cladding of using khandolite stone flag of 40mm obtained from approved quarry wearing coat of 20mm thick cement sand mortar 1:4 mix etc. with all complete 8 Carefully Dismantling of existing old decade highly damaged eroded sunken khandolite stone floor including stacking of good quality khandolite stone at site and disposal of debris to the outside lead up to 100mtr etc. completely by head load 9 Repairing and renovation of existing Khandolite flooring with new dressed khandolite size (0.60 x 0.40x 0.20) stone blocks purchased directly from OMC stockyard samanaga ,Puri with covering a road distance of 190 km to Temple main gate with 40mm thick combination mortar 1:1:1 (1Lime:1surkhi:1sand) as per direction of Engineer -in -Charge ) 10 Raking out joints of stone masonry surface to the required width and depth with due care and precaution by mechanical/manual means, including preparing and cleaning the surface for re-pointing /refilling of joints, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mtr. Lead etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge of work 11 Provision for polymer modified Cementous (PMC) joint sealant with 8% polymer loading .The sealant mix should be Ordinary Portland cement (OPC) khandolite stone dust and acrylic based polymer emulsion in the ratio of 1:2 etc. with all complete 12 Provision for Raised and cut Pointing on stone slab ceiling with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 fine sand). 13 Provision for cleaning and shifting of malwa, garbage, and plastic wastes stacked at near to the temple Prakara wall & different location around temple to municipal waste treatment plant located 15km from temple as per direction of Engineer -in charge. 14 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level in the ratio 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 15 Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer in-charge .Note: (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .(2)The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works. 16 Provision for fixing of 304 grade 20 mm SS dowel key ( Length- 400 mm) by anchoring 100 mm in stone masonry and as epoxy adhesive in between Stone blocks joints/ cracks of Prakar wall to prevent stone from out of plumb and bulged out as per direction of Engineer -in - charge . 17 Provision for petty patch mending of the wide joints/gaps with epoxy mortar (5:2:1) dully tuning with the original look of the structure as per the direction Engineer - in – charge 18 Provision for Installation of Site office Board at Site Store . 19 Provision for Installation of protection Notice Board at Site/ Monument. 20 Provision for Re-engraving and painting of deteriorated letters of existing Khandolite stone made CNB with all complete as per Direction of Engineer -in -charge 21 Provision for Re-fixing of Main Temple wooden Doors and detached wooden made ornamental flower at canopy with all complete as per Direction of Engineer -in -charge . 22 Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).
