School Gsss Khadwa , Block-Buhana, Dist-Jhunjhunu--- 1 Part-A : Civil WorkBased on BSR 2022, PWD Rajasthan 2 Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meter lead:For thickness of tiles 25mm to 40mm. 3 Grading roof for water proofing treatment withwater proffing compoundCement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 4 Providing & applying Three coat of Acrylic Water Proof membrane having sunlight and UV resistant propertiesover waterproofing slurry coat , initial coat of 50-75 micron thickness with diluting 1 part of chemical with 2 parts of clean water, overwhich applying 2 coats at 2 Hrs .intervals each with diluting 1 part ofchemical with 20% of clean water for total thickness of 400 to 450 microns (covering area 0.9 Sq.M/Kg of chemical including preparation of surface by cleaning, brushing and dust removing, scaffolding if necessary etc., with contractors labour, tools,machinery etc, complete as directed by Engineer in Charge. 5 Brick work with clay flyash F.P.S. brick(IS 13757- 1993 ) of class designation 75 in superstructureaboveplinth level upto floor five level in :Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 6 Gola Providing gola 75mm x 75mm in cement concrete 1:2:4(1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 stoneaggregate 10 mm and down gauge) including finished with cement mortar 1:3(1 cement: 2 fine sand) as per standard design. 7 Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meter lead. 8 External Plaster : Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finished 20 mm thick 9 Plaster(Ceiling): 6 mm thick cement plaster to ceiling of mix1:3 (1cement : 3-fine sand) 10 Providing and applying white cement based puttyover plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth completeNew Plastered Surface (three or more coats) 11 Exterior finishing :- Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade including all scaffolding. New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm ). 12 Interior finishing :- Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding:Newwork(twoormorecoats)overandincludingscrappingandprimingcoatwithcement primer. 13 PANTING ON DOORS & WINDOWS:- Painting with syntheitic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shade to give an even shadenew steel work (2 or more coat on new work).
