Protection Of Vacant Dda Land Under Rohini Zone. Deploying Surveyor Along With Necessary Equipment And Helper I/C Providing And Fixing Boundary Stones On As And When Required Basis.-Providing surveyor equipped with Digital Total Station Survey instruments with other allied instruments and providing helper equipped with necesssry tools such as axe, phawrah, measuring tape, rope etc. for asssisting the surveyoron hire charges basis for conductingphysical survey of land with respect to nearest revenue reference points i/c transportation, maintenance & operation of machine all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Shajra superimposition on survey plan/demarcation plan showing all prominent and permanentground features (like building , trees ,roads, electric ploes, Telephone HT lines, sewarege, water, manhole etc.)may also be required .The surveyor must be proficient in using/operating different drawing softwares such as AUTOCAD. The item is inclusive of providing colour print of survey plan/demarcation plan bearing all necessary legends on A-2 size paper duly signed by the surveyor and a soft copy of the same in desired format in pen drive/CD alogwith the software used for prepartion of survey plan/demarcation plan. The survey/demarcation plan may be required to be produced before any court of law.The surveyor and helper may be required to be deployed on short notice of 24 hours (1 shift = 8 hours).NOTE: Rs. 5000/- will be imposed as penalty for each default per day. 2 Hiring surveyor on day to day basis to work on Shajra superimposed total station survey plan provided by the department as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The surveyor must be proficient in using/operating different drawing softwares such as AUTOCAD. The work include assisting the Engineerig staff in meeting with concerned official of Revenue staff of GNCTD and LM Deptt. of DDA, taking notes of required addition/ correction/ deletion/ alteration etc. required and incorporating the same in Shajra superimposed total station survey plan provided by the department.The item includes cost of the the software used for preparation of the survey/demarcation plan, providing colour print of the survey plan/demarcation plan, bearing all necessary legends, on A-2 size paper duly signed by the surveyor, along with a soft copy of the same in the desired format in a pen drive/CD. The survey/demarcation plan may also be required to be produced before a court of law.The surveyor may be required to be deployed on short notice of 24 hours (1 shift = 8 hours).NOTE: Rs. 1500/- will be imposed as penalty for each default per day. 3 Providing surveyor equipped with Digital Total Station Survey instruments with other allied instruments and providing helper equipped with necesssry tools such as axe, phawrah, measuring tape, rope etc. for asssisting the surveyoron hire charges basis for demarcation of land details showing all prominent and permanentground features (like building , trees ,roads, electric ploes, Telephone HT lines, sewarege, water, manhole etc.))on land/plot/sitefrom the Shajra superimposed total station survey plan provided by the departmentas per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The item include working in close coordination withthe Engineerig staff , concerned official of Revenue staff of GNCTD and LM Deptt. of DDA .The surveyor must be proficient in using/operating different drawing softwares such as AUTOCAD. The payment shall be made on basis of Sqm.The survey/demarcationmay be required to be produced before any court of law.The surveyor and helper may be required to be deployed on short notice of 24 hours (1 shift = 8 hours). NOTE: Rs. 2500/- will be imposed as penalty for each default per day. 4 Providing and fixing 15 cm x 15 cm x 100 cm boundary stones of precast cement concrete M25 including finishing top. ( cost of excavation refilling and concreting to be paid separately). 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering – All work up to plinth level a) 1:3:6 ( 1 cement :3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 6 Excavating holes upto 0.10 cum, including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming watering etc., disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.a) All kind of soil. 7 Correction factor on DSR-23 on account of GST @ 0.973 =2,236,131.57 8 add 3% cost index on item No 4, 5 & 6 i.e. on Rs. 707807.50/-
